I have liked these guys , last two appointments, they stood me up, even after confirming the day prior .
I know staffing can be hard & they must of had a bigger job come in .
But , I was a customer for several years .
It was a bummer the first time & the second time was shocking.
Not good , short term thinking , serve the customers u schedule , period .
End of story , or lose loyalty !
This business should rethink the business model.
Not sustainable !!

Very friendly and fast assistance on the phone and Nick who came out was excellent; professional and courteous, prompt too. He made an easy experience out of an upsetting situation with the pipes. Definitely would call again if I needed help with the drains and pipes!

Jeff Reno is THE MAN! He made an emergency weekend service call at our home to fix our clogged toilet. The job turned into a big one and he stayed on the job until the problem was solved. He is a very professional and courteous young man with a great sense of humor! He cleaned up the entire mess and the place was better than when he arrived. The price was reasonable and competitive. We will call on Jeff again! Thanks Jeff for a job well done!

Jeff Reno from Mr. Rooter came out today to assist us with our clogged drain. He was professional, courteous and did a great job. Jeff also changed out a pea trap on our garage sink and it is much better than before. I would recommend that anyone with a clogged line or needed a sewer or water line replacement to call them. I'm retired but was a General Contractor for thirty eight years and I know a good job when I see one.

We had a bad drain clog. Our shower/tub was filling the sink downstairs in the garage and the same thing when we ran the washing machine, left us with an overflowing sink whenever both happened. We called Mr. Rooter the next day (today) around 11:30am and they said they would send someone over between 2-4pm. Jeff Reno arrived shortly after 2pm and he was great. The rates were reasonable and Jeff was knowledgable. We live in an older home with cast iron pipes and he gave us a couple of ways to go to get to the clog and what would be involved. Jeff had everything taken care of, clog cleared, drain draining and even installed a new drain pipe for the washing machine (previously the hose from the washer just went into the sink). We couldn't be happier and this wasn't even an emergency or a big job!

We will definitely be recommending Jeff Reno and Mr. Rooter to friends and family whenever anyone needs a plumber!

I live out in the country travel fee was less than I expected very reasonable ! Just after the Earthquake I noticed my main water valve was leaking they sent Cary he was very professional and replaced the valve in a timely manner! So glad to have this service available were I live ! Happy to recommend this business !

We had an old sewer line that needed replacing. Mr. Rooter did 120 feet of pipe bursting back in April 2016.

The problem is my neighbor's line tied into mine (""V"" junction). Their pipe bursting terminated his line (see photos). It took him two frustrating months to diagnose what had happened and correct it - all at his expense.

Given the photos, this seemed straightforward - pay him back for the line you improperly terminated, let alone his other expenses. Isn't this is why companies have insurance and reputations they can stand behind?

Well, it's now six months later and neither Mr. Rooter of Napa nor Mr. Rooter HQ has done a thing, despite calls & emails. They claim my neighbor ""overpaid"" to fix their problem - no resolution to date.

Called Mr. Rooter of Napa today when my primary plumber didn't return my calls about a condition he failed to fix a couple of weeks earlier. Within 30 minutes, the local Mr. Rooter office in Napa sent out Chris Brown, a young, friendly and capable plumber to look at my problem. He quickly identified what had to be done and provided a detailed work order showing the cost necessary to do the repair. I was impressed and ready to hire him on the spot when I got a call back from my original plumber who agreed to come to the house and fix the problem for free.

Although Chris Brown didn't get this job, I will certainly call him, first, the next time I need a polite and qualified plumber!

Second time having work done with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism from Ernie last time. Called and Ernie was able to come out and replace a toilet for this job as a repeat customer. Sounds simple, but this is an old house with unique issues. Ernie did an incredible job. No shortcuts. Everything in much better shape behind the scenes and for what is visible than it was before. Highly recommend and work with Ernie!

I cannot recommend this company enough. In February Forrest came over to my grandmother's house to unclog her toilet for me. It was a difficult time for me since my grandmother was on hospice and the last thing I could handle was a toilet problem. Forrest was very kind and compassionate to me and the situation. He was able to take care of the toilet fast, efficiently and without any mess. I've had so many other companies in the past take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge and charge me a fortune to do simple work. Thankfully I've found an honest respectable plumber.
