Great company! Debbie, Nick and Myar (I hope I spelled that right) were all wonderful! Called in the morning after we found our water heater leaking... (first company we called said ""maybe next week"") Debbie was super friendly and offered time windows, same day. They sent Nick, he was super nice, fixed the problem efficiently and showed/explained the issue really well, which is nice to know if you don't know anything about water heaters! Highly recommend their service!

These guys did great by us. We'd had a local plumber out, Sergio, but his snake was only so long. These guys had some more heavy duty equipment. They ran their lines and once it encountered the clog, it cleared instantly. Super professional and quick

Called on Friday for service and was told they weren't available. Asked for Saturday and was told that they don't work on Saturday. Huh?

Website states 24/7 service. Don't do business with companies that practice what they advertise.

Very very happy with Mr. Rooter Plumbing (Napa), especially Mr. Cary Castillo! I was impressed with Cary's great attitude as well as his professionalism and knowledge. My water heater went out and Cary assessed the situation, reviewed my options and (very reasonable) pricing, then installed it the same day. He also fixed a leaky tub spout in minimal time. I can't say enough positive things about my experience, Thank you Mr. Rooter and Cary Castillo!!

I've been a fan of Mr. Rooter Plumbing since they diagnosed and fixed a major problem we had with a blocked sewer main last year. Since then, I've called them for every plumbing need we've had because of their incredible professionalism, expertise, timeliness, and great customer service. I want to thank Mahir Tyson, who came to my home to fix a kitchen sink leak today. He was the epitome of professionalism. He was on-site early, quickly diagnosed the problem, explained to me what was going on, and expertly fixed the leak. Mahir was upbeat and polite...A ray of sunshine! I give Mr. Rooter my highest recommendation, and will continue to use their services for my plumbing needs, big and small.

Great service! Jason Whitehorse did an amazing job fixing our plumbing and dryer issues quickly. He helped us by actually taking the time to look at all the problems and solve the issues. He also gave us a detailed explanation on what to do if we ever come across any of the same problems in our home again. Mr Rooter in Napa was a life saver!! So helpful and friendly and got the job done professionally!! The City of Napa was working in our area at the time of the backup and Jason Griffin (Mr Rooter Napa) helped figure out if it was the city's line or ours that was backed up. It was ours (tree roots) and he cleared it for us! Great job, highly recommend Mr Rooter!

I have liked these guys , last two appointments, they stood me up, even after confirming the day prior .
I know staffing can be hard & they must of had a bigger job come in .
But , I was a customer for several years .
It was a bummer the first time & the second time was shocking.
Not good , short term thinking , serve the customers u schedule , period .
End of story , or lose loyalty !
This business should rethink the business model.
Not sustainable !!

Very friendly and fast assistance on the phone and Nick who came out was excellent; professional and courteous, prompt too. He made an easy experience out of an upsetting situation with the pipes. Definitely would call again if I needed help with the drains and pipes!
