Long story short. Previous owner warned me about my trees and old pipes. Same issue started up again this year and i call and ask about the special that's going on. Nathan was called out to my house. He gave me a list of options that would be best. Unfortunately i couldn't afford those options and i didn't get approved for financing. So Nathan gave me a previous option from his list minus the camera and got me taken care of, along with made sure i had the information for the best option to take care of my issue once and for all. Nathan saved the day and kept my wife from removing me from this world! Thanks Nathan!

After working with another plumber for days trying to get our well tank replaced and get running water back to our home, the other plumber fell through. We called Mr Rooter hoping they would be able to come even the next day and they surprised us by having someone there within an hour (later in the evening) and immediately going to get a new tank to install. Everything was fixed within 3 hrs of making the phone call.
I'm sure the employee would have rather been home, but we are so thankful they were willing to get our family water again.

Overall this company has always been on time they've always notified me if they're running late or if there's a change in their day from my original scheduled time. This company is definitely a premium business. They wear shoe covers before stepping in to my home they! Also they go over pricing before they start any work, which is a big plus for me and my budgeting!
These guys do great work and I believe you get what you pay for!

Update*
Just got a call that the appointment is now canceled. And I have to reschedule again. Soonest they were willing to offer was Tuesday, today is Saturday and my original appointment was Friday. I would definitely tell anyone to avoid this company if you have an issue that needs looked at soon.

So far I am pretty disappointed with this company. I did exactly what they told me to and because of that my appointment was canceled. Now instead of getting our leak in our crawlspace looked at today we have to wait another 24 hours, unless someone else cancels their appointment or the tech finishes early. I would switch if I could but my insurance is covering through this company. The people on the phone have been nice but now because of this mistake my crawlspace will take even longer to get fixed. And it's going to leak another 24 hours if not longer due to this. Plus now we will have to cancel our Father's Day plans to wait around for them to show up.

Pass and don't chose this company they have high prices and don't finish the job and have. Track record of purposely not removing old water heaters.

A plumber was dispatched to investigate a leaking faucet and provided quotes for a few different methods of fixing the leak in increasing financial severity, from simply tightening a nut to fully replacing the faucet. The plumber exhausted all of the obvious methods to stop the leak and was about to conclude that the faucet needed to be replaced at a cost of around $500 but first called his supervisor to ask for advice. A different method of fixing the leak was suggested to him, and he was able to take care of the problem by merely replacing one small spring, saving me hundreds of dollars. He also provided a free inspection of my house and pointed out how I can fix a leaking toilet myself if I didn't want to hire them to take care of it for me. I had a really good experience with Mr. Rooter, and I'd be comfortable with continuing to do business with them.

0 stars!! These people are all about the money!! $59 up front. The guy got here looked in our clean out drain, looked on his tablet and verbally gave us an obscene cost (over $400) just to snake the drain...literally did nothing at at all even worth the inspection fee. Will never call them again!!!

Called them for a clog by washing machine. After much talk they came that day. The technician gave us an estimate to clean out clog. It was 3times the amount of our last plumbers charge. But we. We're stuck so paid it. Also the plumber they sent had lots of trouble to which my husband had to help him. We were given a 1year guarantee. Now 3and a half weeks later it's blocked again when I called this ami was told they couldn't come for 2 days. Since it also makes my kitchen sink unavailable this just not right! I spoke to the supervisor and he told me that they might be able to come the next day and would call me back one way or another. Well this did not happen either. Since we have already paid a bill to them we are not in the position to call in another company so we're stuck waiting. Once my year gurantee( which at this point is worthless to me) I would never recommend them to anyone !!!
