Overall this company has always been on time they've always notified me if they're running late or if there's a change in their day from my original scheduled time. This company is definitely a premium business. They wear shoe covers before stepping in to my home! Also they go over pricing before they start any work, which is a big plus for me and my budgeting!
These guys do great work and I believe you get what you pay for!

A plumber was dispatched to investigate a leaking faucet and provided quotes for a few different methods of fixing the leak in increasing financial severity, from simply tightening a nut to fully replacing the faucet. The plumber exhausted all of the obvious methods to stop the leak and was about to conclude that the faucet needed to be replaced at a cost of around $500 but first called his supervisor to ask for advice. A different method of fixing the leak was suggested to him, and he was able to take care of the problem by merely replacing one small spring, saving me hundreds of dollars. He also provided a free inspection of my house and pointed out how I can fix a leaking toilet myself if I didn't want to hire them to take care of it for me. I had a really good experience with Mr. Rooter, and I'd be comfortable with continuing to do business with them.

0 stars!! These people are all about the money!! $59 up front. The guy got here looked in our clean out drain, looked on his tablet and verbally gave us an obscene cost (over $400) just to snake the drain...literally did nothing at at all even worth the inspection fee. Will never call them again!!!

Called them for a clog by washing machine. After much talk they came that day. The technician gave us an estimate to clean out clog. It was 3times the amount of our last plumbers charge. But we. We're stuck so paid it. Also the plumber they sent had lots of trouble to which my husband had to help him. We were given a 1year guarantee. Now 3and a half weeks later it's blocked again when I called this ami was told they couldn't come for 2 days. Since it also makes my kitchen sink unavailable this just not right! I spoke to the supervisor and he told me that they might be able to come the next day and would call me back one way or another. Well this did not happen either. Since we have already paid a bill to them we are not in the position to call in another company so we're stuck waiting. Once my year gurantee( which at this point is worthless to me) I would never recommend them to anyone !!!

Predatory plumbing. $443.30 to fix a slowly leaking bathroom sink drain and it's still leaking and now clogged. Original quote was $1,058.55 to replace the sink faucet (lol). After I asked why it was so expensive at the price, quote was reduced to $443 to simply fix the leak, which i reluctantly agreed to. The sink is still leaking and now clogged, and plumber has left. Ridiculous. The person I spoke to was professional and courteous, but the price is insane and the problem still exists. Extremely dissatisfied. Will not use again. I called the office and explained all of this to them before posting this. They 'noted my concern', no remedy was given.

Beware! They are so overpriced that I didn't even have them do the job. I paid their $60 service fee and sent them away after telling me the minimum to clear a drain would be $350 and a sales pitch for their whole house maintenance program. I had to search for the great and honest Ivan Gregory who used to work for them and did a great job.

Very over priced since having my drains under house all replaced and sewer line have found I got screwed on price. Next time will be someone else when need plumbing work.

There's a reason they won't give you a quote over the phone. They charged me $59 to tell me it would be $530 to snake a drain even if we had the toilet up already and could go up to $800 if they didn't get it with the snake. So basically you pay $59 for the price list and a sales pitch for their monthly service. Technician Tyler was nice and understanding but plan on opening your checkbook if you have them come out.

These people are thieves.
Quoted my 90 year old pop $2000.00 to replace a sump pump. Told him it didn't work. .... It does.
The only thing wrong was the discharge line came loose.
This is a pump you can walk up to, bend down and pick up in a clean, inhabited living space basement. Not some muddy swamp you need to trudge out to in knee high rubber boots.
I've had quotes to dig a sump install a pump and discharge line from real live plumbers for under $1000.00.
Dishonest, greedy thieves is being mild in how I think of these folks.

My water heater was not working as in no heat. I called Roto Rooter last night because it says 24/7 hour service. They told me that someone would call within an hour to come out. They did call, but said they could not come tonight. They came the next day on time, which I appreciate. I had a feeling that the water heater was dead, so before he came, I went and purchased a new one. The guy took a quick look and said there was water on the bottom and I need a new one. No problem, I bought a new one. So, he wrote up a quick quote and gave it to me. $575 for installation!! I just about fell over. I said how long will it take. He said an hour and a half to 2 hours. WOW! I went to college and became a CPA and I don't charge half that much per hour. I should have became a plumber. NEVER AGAIN will I call Roto-Rooter. I know every district is independently owned and operated, but this is just insane. I called 3 plumbers and they all said about $250-300. I am seriously ticked off. DON'T CALL ROTO ROOTER!! They will rip you off!!
