Issac did a great job at helping us with all our problems today. So happy mr rooters sent him he is very good at his job. Issac changed our water filter to the house .he gave me free estimates for future projects . He took car of the leak and made sure we wouldn't have future problems

If I could give zero stats I would. They used to be good but not anymore. I took three days off work and changed appointments to try and get a kitchen faucet replaced. I scheduled between 8 and 9 a.m. and was told every time they would be there be 11 and they never showed up. I would finally get a call at 3 stating they needed to reschedule. I then spoke to the owner who said his scheduler was out and he was sorry no one called me. I said this is just one day what about the other days. You are the owner you should be taking care of your customers and making the calls. Both my folks and myself have given them big jobs over the years including just a month ago and now they are too busy to take care of a small job for a good customer. This is very disappointing! I have hired another plumber and I told the owner he was fired.

I contacted Mr. Rooter on Veterans Day. They were one of a few plumbing companies that were willing to come out on the holiday. The technician that came to my house asked the age of my home. I informed him it was built in the 1950s. He started with the age of the plumbing and then went straight to to assess the bathroom sink that has been backing up for a few days now. He ran the water and stated that the back up was deep in the pipes. He accessed the crawlspace, and when he came out, he said that he would be cutting the pipe and replacing it with a new pipe because snaking would not work. He gave me an estimate. The estimate was $3200. I was shocked! Something seemed off $3072 for a backed up bathroom sink, I think not. As desperate as I was to have our sink up and running, I declined the service. Held onto the estimate and decided to call Wade plumbing. They came out the following week on Tuesday. Less than an hour later they had snaked my sink and billed me $250. Bruce from Wade Plumbing was awesome and came across as a very honest individual.

I would not recommend Mr. ROOTER for any plumbing service and highly recommend WADE plumbing. But that's just based on my own personal experience working with both companies.

Mr Rooter is the best plumber in the Monterey county area. They are a local family owned company that I have been using for the past 10 years for problems with my home in Monterey and a few rentals I manage in Salinas. I am always left with my plumbing problems fixed very quickly and feeling like I got the best deal around because they work by the job not per hour so no surprises when you get the bill. They just completed a rather large job for me which was thousands below the other three quotes I received and said they could do the repairs in half the time because of some new modern equipment they have. They even brought me a goodie basket after the job was completed as a thank you for using their business with a hand written note. I couldn't recommend them enough, call Mr Rooter for all your plumbing needs big or small, I'll never be getting quotes from anyone else.

Mr. Rooter replaced my sewer line that had been torn up by the roots of a city tree. Their customer service is exemplary; they answered the phone quickly, every time I called. They have all the necessary tools and employees for even complex jobs like this one. Every person I interacted with was professional, friendly, and honest. I had other quotes to get the line replaced, all of them much much higher than what I paid Mr. Rooter. They were by far the best value, without any compromise to the quality of their work. I highly recommend calling them for any plumbing needs. I'm really happy with them overall!

Izequiel (spelling ?) was extremely rude upon arrival, within 3 min of talking to me. When I express surprise at how much the diagnostic was costing about $235 , he responded ""nobody works for free . Shame on you"" and drove off .

I was having a problem with slow drains. Jaime came and cabled the drains and said I needed to have the main drain cleaned out due to roots in the drain. I scheduled it to be done on 2-6-2023.

Jaime and his assistant, Javier came and hydro jetted the sewer line,
did a clean out and ran a camera to make sure everything was okay. They were very professional, nice, and knew their job thoroughly. They had to remove a lot of landscaping to do the job and they cleaned up afterward. The next time I need plumbing work done, I will ask for Jaime.

My husband hit our waterline with a hedge trimmer. He and the neighbor got it patched up, but we needed a permanent fix, so got online and got Mr. Rooter to contact my husband so we could get a quote. The quote seemed high, but its 2022 and everything seems high, so we just went with it. Was the work done beautifully? Yes. Did we pay more than I think we should have, also yes. I am confident in the quality of their work, so at the end of the day it was a good experience, but I think we could have gotten it done for less, if we went with a different team.
