I called Mr. Rooter after I had new toilets installed and the guest bathroom had water all over the floor. They sent Jeremy Ross over. Jeremy tested the toilet and found no problems with the installation. I expressed concern that it would happen again. We had already experienced sewage backup and were in the process of getting new walls, flooring, and cabinets installed. Jeremy took the time to go over all the possible causes of this leak. He gave me options as to how address and resolve the problems, but never pressured me, since these options would be diagnostic. I opted to do what he suggested. The toilet has not leaked again and I felt empowered. I was very happy with Jeremy. He was able and prepared to do everything he could to ensure we have no further leaks. He had the equipment to check all the pipes in our home. He encountered no blockages but some sediment that could eventually result in clogs. He told me I did not need to address this issue immediately, but it would be something to consider addressing, and also informed me that the plumbing valves I currently had are notorious for causing leaks. I decided to change the valve on the toilet and had the kitchen pipes cleaned. Jeremy was very professional, courteous, well informed, patient, and personable. I highly recommend him. Thank you Jeremy for a great job.

Had an issue with a pipe while installing a bidet. One of the pipes was so old and rusted it basically snapped off. We needed someone to come out as soon as possible, but it was light when I needed them, they came the next morning at exactly 8am, when they said they were coming. They fixed the problem, installed the bidet properly, and did it all for a reasonable price. The plumber and his apprentice were super nice and considerate, offered to wear their masks. I was very happy with the job and will call again if I need them.

We used this company once before within the last two years since moving into this house. We were very impressed with them. Yesterday Valentine's Day 2021 however my husband noticed that one of the toilets was flushing slowly. He tried everything that he could do and then all four toilet stopped working. We called Mr. Rooter and reached their answering service -they are supposed to be 24 -7.The young man we spoke to was aware that there were three people living in the house and no functioning toilets and told us that someone would call us Monday morning- they had no one to send out to us.As a doctor I know it is unpleasant getting called away from your family & social activities but it's part of the job. Same thing when you're on call for a plumbing company. We got a different plumbing company Sun Plumbing who showed up to our house within 30 minutes and were very pleasant & very efficient. This morning I waited to see what time Mr. Rooter would call me- we had called on Sunday late afternoon early evening and did not get a return call until 8:52 AM this morning. I told the girl that I even asked the operator to please let the plumber know we had no functioning toilets in our house & it was an emergency. She said she saw that in the notes ! A lot of good the notes did !Sun Plumbing is now my new company.

On time response to appointment. Professional manner; wore PPE. Clean and neat job - floor was kept clean and dry. Very good job cleaning stopped up line, showers, toilets, and sinks. He ended up having to use 50 feet of rooter line to clear it. 30 day warranty.

Today, Mr. Rooter sent me a check for the food loss due to their employee unplugging my fridge (spoiled food) without telling me. The verbiage in the letter states that this resolves all and any issues with Mr. Rooter. This is incorrect. They have not reimbursed me for the $250 leak detection report I paid for. When I called and inquired why, the authorized employee states that the invoice I received is the leak detection report I requested. So an invoice stating I have a leak where the floor is wet is valued at $250. I told them this prior to hiring them. I requested a report that I could give to the plumbers to fix the issue.

First they said $250 to find small leak coming out of the wall..it took 2 minutes for the guy to find it..and I might mention this guy didn't even have his own flashlight and had to borrow mine! Then I was pressured into signing a $1750.00 contract to do this huge job that would take hours the guy told me. all total it took 4 hours for him to find it and fix it!! $500.00 dollars an hour!! No equipment needed, he didn't bring his flashlight the next day either and rooted around to find one in my garage, broke a glass vase and left glass everywhere! Who do you plumbers think you are rocket scientists!! I got taken to the cleaners!! Don't use these high pressure rip off artists!

They charge double a normal plumber, and the guys are pissed that mr rooter takes the lion share.

I contacted Mr. Rooter because I needed a new kitchen faucet and under the sink water filter installed. Julio P. showed up on time and had a professional appearance and attitude. He evaluated this project and explained what needed to be performed and how much it would cost. I agreed to the service and price. The work was done in a meticulous manner. He treated our home as if it was his own home. When Julio was finish, I was extremely impressed!! He certainly exceeded my expectations. The repair work he performed was absolutely marvelous. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Julio P. to anyone looking for exceptional service at a reasonable price.

When we saw my son's toilet was backed up, we were convinced he flushed a stuffed toy and jammed up the septic. Unfortunately, when my husband pumped the toilet, it pushed all of the waste into our master shower and garden tub. We knew this was a bigger issue, but it was Sunday night, who do you call? Thankfully, we had the great fortune of finding Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Their motto: """"24/7 Never an Overtime Charge"""" and they mean it. Lead Technician Julio Perez was dispatched to our house. He quickly assessed our issue, identified the source, and immediately repaired the problem. And the bill? The same price if we'd called on a Monday during normal business operating hours of other competitors. If you are ever in a jam for plumbing or septic services, we honestly can't say enough good things about Mr. Rooter. From dispatch to technician--- they saved our butts (literally)!

I have no complaint on how nice everyone is but nice didn't get it right!!!..I ended up with a larger job then we had originally thought. So I understand that at some point they got tired of being here. I now have a lot of work left for me to do. Every room that they where in has to be repainted. That's 3 rooms I have to paint. They ruined my front lawn. I had to have tiles removed from the front and threw out my house. They left that mess threw out my front lawn now I have cement, tiles,& plumbing pieces along my front lawn or should I say lack of a lawn. They also put a hole in my wall that went from one side to the other which leaded to the front of my home. So now I have a huge patch of uneven cement at the entry of my home. They told me they would fix it and repaint it. Well it's over a month now and still no one has fixed my issues. I now have my home owners fining me and I have to do all this work on my own. I've made numerous calls to them and still no resolve to my concerns. I will not recommend them to anyone I know. Pls do yourself a favor and look around. I'm out over 6 grand for this job and I'm still paying for their work!!!!!
