Duck started his own plumbing business, adopting Mr. Rooter. After talks between Duck and Don Neighborly, The Neighborly Group took over Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 1989. Although Duck sold the rights to the business and original franchises, he maintained his shop location in Oklahoma City. David Duck continues to be a franchise owner today.

Alex is happily married, has 3 children, and resides in Edinburg. Became part of the Mr. Rooter team in 2021 and brings nearly a decade of plumbing experience.
