Cary came to my apartment recently because my bathroom sink was completely clogged. I called Mr. Rooter around 8 am and he was there promptly within an hour. Cary was very courteous and professional and patient to ask questions while I was working from home. He did a great job explaining the sink issues in layman's terms and even highlighted things about the plumbing system that my landlord had not been honest about. Due to convenience and professionalism, I will definitely call Mr. Rooter next time I have a plumbing issue.

What a great service! I had a leaky outdoor kitchen drain pipe and Jose was able to diagnose it and fix it in one visit even though it was pretty complicated. He was friendly , efficient and knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. Recommend them highly!

Do your homework before hiring!

The quote they gave us was 3 times MORE than the plumber we eventually hired. I called them to get a quote for a clogged sewer drain. 2 guys came over looked at the drain, gave me a quote to unclog with a snake for $265.
We decided it was too expensive and we scheduled another plumber he next day. He did the job using the snake and even put a camera down the drain for $77 ! What a big difference! So always get a 2nd or 3rd quote before hiring!!

The workers were good, but not this general manager R.T. She was complete rude and lack of communication skills. I was trying to help her out for her billing issues by providing her with the correct information but she was not listening, kept interrupting and hung up on me! Such poor performance from the management brings the whole service down.

We hired Mr. Rooter to replace our existing water heater. We agreed to move forward with a quote to install a 50 Gallon Rheem/9yr warranty/40K BTU for $2200. Mind you at Home Depot, all in is $1700, but we still went with Mr. Rooter because the technician (Jason) appeared honest and professional. We were wrong. On the day of the installation while I was at work, I find out that instead of a Rheem, Jason purchased and installed a cheaper ""State"" brand boiler, which was not what we agreed on. After some back and forth, he agreed to switch out the State for the Rheem. When I came home, I found he installed cheaper Rheem (38K BTU) with a 6 year warranty instead of a 9 year warranty. Long story short, you can't trust these guys. They'll nickel and dime you on both labor and parts. Obviously, they need to make a profit, but it shouldn't be through shady business practices. A courtesy call to inform me of the unauthorized changes would have been nice, but obviously service takes a back seat to profit with this team.

They advertise 24 hour emergency service, but when I called at 5:45pm for a flooded bathroom, the soonest they could send someone was 11am the next day.
