Field manager Brian came out on a wet Saturday to crawl under our home to help us find the source of a sewage leak. He provided a detailed report and photographs which we were able to take to our building management and pass the large job along to them.
I was very impressed by the professionalism of the office as well. The timing of the visit was prompt, and clear, and I REALLY appreciated that I received several phone calls updating me on the timing. The estimate of the pricing for the work provided was also very clear and presented to me in writing, with no vagueness or run around.
I have already recommended this company to more of my neighbors and I am happy to call again!

They were so prompt in calling me back and scheduling Eric to come out to deal with my garbage disposal and toilet.

Eric had a very friendly attitude, funny, and was super considerate. He even gave me a ""small"" gift in the form of an L wrench for my garbage disposal.

We had a slight issue with the card reader not working on the day Eric came out. They were going to send me a payment link via email which I alerted them I didn't receive even though they stated they have resent it several times. After several back and forth messages, they figured out they were putting the wrong email address.

Would I call them again for service? ABSOLUTELY!! But hopefully not anytime soon.

One of my bathrooms was clogged & needed a plumber to come out over the weekend. I contacted Mr.Rooter because of the amazing reviews on Yelp they have & was not disappointed. Living in a house built in the 1950's with it's age associated city sewer system comes with liabilities. Mr. Rooter has been my ""go-to"" company since 1998. The problem is always analyzed, solutions explained and a quotation offerred. The work authorized has been completed in a very timely fashion and well done by professional service personnel. This most recent visit disclosed a problem within the wall where a probable ""do-it-yourself"" wrongly joined two incompatible metals. No one has eyes that see through walls so this unexpected problem was discussed and the solution provided. The work I authorized was done by a competent fellow who cleaned up after himself and had a genuine caring manner. Thanks, Mr. Rooter - thanks Christian Carroll (service technician). My master bath is up and running just fine!

Had them come out for a major job at my business where my plumbing was backing up and spilling over into my neighbors business and they not only fixed it in a timely manner but my technician called my landlord personally and yelled at him to get him to pay for it when he refused (it worked). Had them out a second time today to unclog a sink and it was same day service for $79 and the person I called before quoted me $1200 and wanted to tear the walls out. Glad I found their card and was able to get them in here, they are my new trusted plumbers
