Our kitchen sink and bathroom sink were both clogged up so I called Mr rooter and they were able to arrive earlier than expected. Brian L was very nice and informative in the way he was explaining, what and how he was going to do the job, I appreciated that since it good to know what is helping, Thank you Brian!

Our bathtub and toilet were bubbling and starting to fill up, the Lady who answered the phone which I believe was Tanya, was very helpful and friendly. She let us know a tech (Brian L.) would be there soon. As soon as he arrived he greeted us warmly as we showed and explained to him the issue. I love asking questions to get a better understanding and he answered them all and explained things where I would get it. My wife said don't worry about the mess ""it's Sunday and she has to clean"" he insisted and left the bathroom looking even better than she does. All in all I'm very fortunate to have him come out and assist, I highly recommend this place for everyone.

After 3 days with no toilet and a failed attempt by a different plumbing company, we decided to call Mr. Rooter.  We had a wonderful experience when our home was serviced by Brian L.  He was very friendly and professional.  He arrived at the scheduled time and got straight to business and made sure to communicate to us what he was doing, the condition of the plumbing in the home and what further steps we needed to take.  As renters, we appreciated that he kept us informed but also communicated the same information to our landlord.  After our experience with Mr Rooter and Brian L, we now know that they will be the first to call with any future events.  Thank you so much Brian!

The fast response to my drain stoppage pleasantly surprised me. The Tech, Brian Lutche, arrived sooner than I expected and got down to business right away. He provided me with a very reasonable quote, then opened up the kitchen drain and finished by replacing the ""trap"". All this happened in under two hours from the time of the initial telephone call to Mr Rooter. The quick response to my drainage problem was much appreciated. I will not hesitate to call Mr Rooter should I experience another plumbing issue in the future (and I hope they send Brian).

I called Mr. Rooter on Sunday for a clean out drain issue. They answered promptly and told me if there were any cancellations, they would send a technician on Sunday at no extra charge. On Monday morning, a dispatcher from Mr. Rooter called me at 8:00AM and told me a plumbing technician would be arriving between 8:30 - 9:30. The technician they sent Chris Martin, arrived on schedule at 9:00AM ready to tackle my drain issue. He was prepared, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After Chris started snaking my cleanout drain, he said I had an issue with roots growing in to the pipes and a couple of offsets. He then ran a scope down the drain and showed me where the roots were causing a problem. After
Chris was finished, he gave me estimates on getting a Hydro Jet service to chop up the roots and on installing a new liner to the sewer main. I'm very pleased with the service, the price and the professionalism I received from my technician Chris Martin. I recommend Mr. Rooter for anyone with plumbing issues and repairs.
