We had an after-hours plumbing emergency (clogged sewer line). Service technician Christian Carroll was there within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue, cleared the blockage, and did a video inspection of the line as far as was possible (our old plumbing had a sharp bend that made a full inspection impossible). Through it all he clearly explained what he was doing, talked through the inspection with me, and discussed the risk of future problems and what additional steps could be taken. Considering the after-hours service, I felt the charges were very reasonable. We have used Mr. Rooter for years and will continue to do so.

We needed an installation service for a replacement garbage disposal that we purchased. I got an immediate reply, and after asking a few questions, we could schedule an appointment for that afternoon. We didn't need a rush service, but they could accommodate us that day, which was fantastic! Their pricing was the most affordable, and we were extremely pleased with the service and turn-around time for the installation. I will recommend them to others and save their information for future work and projects.
