Raul was on time and very professional. He was able to get my sink in working order and gave me some tips to prevent build-up in my plumbing.

I wouldn't have posted any review if it wasn't for the bait and switch they pulled with their ""dispatch fee"". I was told multiple times, including in writing, before they came out that the estimate was free. It was not. The plumber who came out tried charging me $75 just for coming out and it took a good 10 minutes of arguing before he left without it. On top of that, their prices are the most outrageous I've ever seen with plumbers. The estimate to replace 2 water valves and rod 1 drain was 5x the next lowest estimate I got. They were basically asking for a renovation budget to do about 3 hours of work. Don't bother calling unless you've got money to burn.

don't be fooled by the ""free estimate."". it is NOT free. there is a $75 dollar dispatch fee even though the owner sends out a stock reply to a quote request stating there are FREE estimates.

Our three-unit building had extensive damage due to many, many Winter-season broken pipes. Reading many of the reviews, I contacted Mr. Rooter of Lincoln Park. Bridget was kind enough to get our hero out here same day! Daniel Schock walked into a disaster; enduring the seemingly endless tracking, pipe repairs and my personal frustration in the situation (unfortunately, we dealt with another plumbing service who walked out and never returned and others who just never showed up). Throughout, Daniel remained professional, communicative and kind while exhibiting human understanding of the trials we unit owners had previously experienced. Last night, for the first time in THREE MONTHS, Daniel fixed everything giving us back indoor running water!! We cannot be more appreciative of his sweat, hard-work and patience with us and the ridiculous project he completed alone. Thank you, Daniel!
