Mordechai L.I made a call because the kitchen sink drain in my new house has always been slow and it finally clogged up. The technician arrived in an hour and a half and sucked the drain. It was grease built up and definitely required a plumber. No big deal. I don't mind paying to have it cleaned out so that I can maintain it from now on.
$195. That's what it costed. That's one hundred and ninety five US dollars for 8 minutes of work. I will never, ever call this company again. Call a mom & pop business. I guffawed at the ridiculous ""flat rate"" and it was lowered to $165. I would rather live without indoor plumbing and eat from dirty dishes rather than call Mr. ROOTER again.
Keta B.I can't say enough good things about these guys. I reached out for assistance with a blown faucet that was spraying all over my bathroom and required me to cut off water to the house. Tanner immediately returned my call, quickly identified what needed to be replaced, picked up the part and arrived earlier than the estimated arrival time. He fixed the issues quickly and ensured full functionality of bathroom facilities.
All of this on a Saturday morning, no less. Absolutely priceless service. Tanner made a dark day brighter. He made me and my issues feel important. I thank him and Mr. Rooter for that.
Louise E.Horrible OWNER! Rude and unprofessional! I paid for services to be done in March of 2019 and the technician lied and didn't fix it. When reaching out to the owner, instead of fixing what was paid for, he placed blame on me and was rude. When asked to fix it, the kept saying the owner didn't place you on his calendar before he left the morning but he had you on the books. Wow, how professional is that! I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! If this company was passed down to him, they NEED A NEW OWNER ASAP because they will LOSE ALOT OF BUSINESS THIS WAY! That's scamming people out of their money!
