Jeff B.The only reason I gave them one star is because they showed up. I had used these guys to clean clogs out of the drains in a house I rent to my daughter. I thought their prices were high, but they were always available. Today my daughter called them about a leak in her shower. They came out and looked at it and told her it would be $430.00 and more if they had to tear out a wall. I went over to see what they ha done. They replaced a cylinder that had burst behind the handle. I don't know what they charger her for the $20.00 part yet because they didn't give her a receipt. I called 2 other plumbers in town to ask them what they charge for this job. One was $100. plus parts. The other told me a flat $175. No receipt, nearly 3 times the price. My first stop tomorrow is the better business bureau.
Lynn W.Remembering my last experience, and my experience with other plumbers, I called Mr. Rooter up when I had to get my toilet replaced. Lightning quick and professional - they still wear those uniforms! The uniforms eased my mind, as did the warranty on the work! If there were any problems I could call them right back free of charge - knowing this was great peace of mind since the previous toilet was just awful and I was worried the problem could be something else. Thankfully it was not and I couldn't be happier.
