Absolutely the BEST customer service ever. We are a retired couple and had a water leak at the foundation. Called Mr Rooter and was told a set time we could expect help. They dispatch notified us within five minutes of his arrival. Valentin was so calm and tried to ease our apprehension of possible costs. He explained everything that it might be and the cost but assured us we should not worry until he could indeed find the problem. His crew came out and it was resolved.
We will definitely call HIM again if we or someone we know needs help!!
Later that evening, customer service called to make sure everything was working.
Even in this chaos, customer service like this never goes out of style.

I called on Friday to schedule a plumber. The man said a plumber would be out to my house on Monday. I was shocked by this because plumbers were VERY hard to find at this time due to the winter storm Texas had and the numerous homes that had broken pipes. I explained that I would be taking off of work and clarified that a plumber would be at my house. He kept telling me yes. No one came and on Monday I called numerous times and could not reach a plumber.

Once again, great service! We had, what I would call, a "check up" on our water heater. Daisy was our tech, for a second time! She is so respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. If we ever need a plumbing again, we will continue to request assistance from Daisy.

Daisy arrived at my home and was cold from the beginning. I took her to the bathroom and explained the leak problem with the hose connected to the toilet. I mentioned that I replaced the fill valve but couldn't connect the hose back to the toilet without leaking. From the very beginning she said I would have to pay $475 to replace the hose unless I found the missing piece to stop the leak. Luckily I found the piece. She asked me to do the work myself to avoid charging me for the service so I followed her instructions and tried to do the repair. She wasn't sympathetic to my struggles and made me feel dumb as I had a difficult time putting the piece in its place. She eventually said she would do it herself and charge me a "fee" of $108. It took her a few moments and she finished connecting the hose to the toilet and the issue was resolved. She asked her assistant to charge me and he replied " do I charge him $125" and she said yes. A minute later she said the cost would be $150 and I had no choice on this matter.

I find it very unprofessional for her to make me do the job and then she charges me a fee that changed twice, when all she did was tie up the hose (as I had already done most of the repair myself). Why bother making me do the work in front of her if she is going to charge me this much? To make it worse, her assistant was petting my cat without even asking for my permission. Overall, terrible experience and I won't use their services in the future (this was my 3rd time as a customer and last).

I called them they sent a Technician to my house. The Technician told me that he needed to replace the heater value the cost $719. I could not afford that so I watched a youtube video after he left and found out that when a water heater light flashes 4 times all you have to do is reset it. I reset the water heater by counting 10 secs on very hot, hot, and pilot. I was able to restart my water heater and it's been several days and just working fine. I WAS LIED TO AND GOT RIPPED OFF FOR $125.

I was notified when the technician was on his way and his name.
I explained my situation upon arrival and he listen then proceeded to exam the problem...afterwards I was quoted a price.  The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and completed the job quickly.  All at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.
