December, 19/2022,I phoned into Mr.Rooter explained the problem I was having with my garbage disposal,contact was made within 1 hour and assigned me to Mr Neil McFadden who did a wonderful job at taking out disposal and replaced my sink as a regular drain sink, very pleased with his professionalism and quality of work as well as clean up,will use again for future jobs, Sandra J.

Owner and management are both non responsive and everyone working here are extremely unprofessional. Girls in the office hang up on you and have stated several times they will not be helping me as I insulted their friend who is the plumber. Emails and calls go unanswered. Over 3k in damages they left me with and no working plumbing. They do not honor their contract. Promised a refund of $1,400 in July of 2021 because they acknowledged they sent an untrained person out that caused damage to my kitchen countertops, $500 sink, and drywall. Dodged my calls and e-mails. If you do enough digging online you'll find other terrible reviews of this company. They are out scamming people. They are hiding the bad reviews on google.

Quoted me 9k on a job to replace ~30 feet of plumbing underneath about 6 inches of concrete. I searched around for other companies and had the job done for 1700$.

Unwilling to help healthcare workers. Suggested I use my backyard as a toilet.
I am a healthcare provider in an ICU and I have been caring for COVID patients since the beginning of this pandemic. I, myself, have just been diagnosed with COVID. I am now in quarantine for 10 days. On day 2 of quarantine, my city waste pipes backed up and my basement flooded with waste water. This left me without a functioning toilet and unable to shower or wash my hands. Upon calling Mr. Rooter for emergency assistance, I obviously informed them of my COVID status, so that proper PPE and precautions could be taken. They told me they would not enter my home or help with my flooded basement. I explained that I am a provider in healthcare and that I am quarantined without a toilet or shower. They insisted there was no exception. In desperation, I asked what they suggested, ""should I just dig a hole in my back yard then...?"" They responded, ""yes"" and hung up. I later spoke with a manager, who agreed to call me back with a solution. I never received a call.
Amidst this pandemic, I 110% agree with the implementation of strategies to protect employees and their families. However, in such an unprecedented and dire situation, Mr. Rooter's customer service, professionalism, communication and morality ranks 0 out of 5 stars. I do not recommend.
