I called at 6am on a Monday morning and left a message. I was called back within minutes and a technician (Jack) was at my home by 9am. He cleaned the main line going to my septic to eliminate a blockage. Thru a camera inserted into the line, they were able to diagnose the cause of the blockage and recommend a solution.

While I think a travel charge of $100 is a bit steep (I guess I'm kind of far from them), I was told about it in advance and chose to accept the charge. Based on their thoroughness, I'm glad I did.

No issue recommending Mr. Rooter. They got here fast, did what I needed done and did it well. Plus, they didn't just fix the problem: the diagnosed it, and now I can have it fixed permanently. This will be at an additional cost, but they will deduct 100% of what I paid today from the new work.

It was the Saturday before Christmas and I had a clogged sewer line at my Rental. I called 8 plumbing companies and Mr Rooter was the only company that called me back and traveled 40 minutes to help me out.
They were kind, professional and efficient in showing me on the camera the challenges I will be facing with a deteriorating sewer line. They saved the day and came through at a very busy time of year.

This is the second time in the last couple I have used this company and are consistent with their performance. Cost of repair was fair with a 30 day warranty on work performed. If needed I will use ''tis company again.

I gave these guys a second chance with our plumbing problem. They squeezed us in the day i called. I was very grateful for that. I was at work when they came out but my husband said they were very helpful. They made sure my husband understood what was going on and how to deal with it. They showed him the camera they used to see the problem... glad it was my husband home and not me lol. He likes that kind of thing. Thank you so much for helping us out when we needed it. Bought a old home and knew there would be issues. We called this company and a nice guy named Jack called us back within twenty mins. Jack gave us an estimate and let us know he was on his way. He talked us through it all. Let us know the problem. He gave us the option of him doing it but reassured my husband he would be able to do it for a fraction of the cost. He marked our yard with the problem areas and was so helpful. Very professional and super helpful. Prices are a little high but for a Sunday afternoon I was more than happy. I am from Salem ,Oregon and I was visiting my dad Larry King in Grants Pass. His sewer was backing up and we tried to fix but to no avail. So we called Mr. Rooter and they told us they would be there in 20 minutes and they were there on time. A young man named "" Jack "" got out of his vehicle and immediately took over. He did a numerous tests to see where the problem was. This was at 4:30pm. After a few problem solving test he said he knew where the problem was. Jack even called to get some help from co-workers because it was a big job and they advised him he was on his own. Whatever happened to Integrity? So he dug a hole with a jack hammer and a shovel where the wash out was and tried to run a snake through the conduit but couldn't. This lasted until 11:30 pm as he never gave up. Then Jack advised us that he needed some bigger machinery and more help to get to the cause of the problem. The next day he brought some help ( William outside manager) and they ran a camera through the conduit and said that there was a metal plug about 3 hundred yards from the house that was causing the problem. They were able to fix the problem temporary as this was going to time to fix and they needed some bigger machinery to fix it. Jack wasn't only there 6 hours, but he also missed having dinner and spending time with his family. I asked Jack why don't you just go home and come back tomorrow with help? He insisted he would stay because he has "" INTEGRITY"" what a great young man. His boss Steve should be proud to have a great man working for him. He is an asset. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone else was scheduling 2 weeks out and Mr. Rooter had someone out within 20 minutes of calling them. Fixed a rotted out pipe under my sink that was leaking as well as my leaking washer. I highly recommend these guys!
