Steve from Mr Rooter was extremely helpful, & went above & beyond to get someone here to clean out drain. He got me moved ahead from tomorrow afternoon, to an hour after I called him!!!!! I got email from property manager at 4:30pm that house I lease had a clog and they could not fix it. They told me they had some at emergency rates that would do it after hours at a price that I know was ridiculous. I checked Yelp and called Mr. Rooter and one other ""rooter"" company. Bud from Mr.Rooter called me back quickly and he was at the house and line cleared by 9pm and at least half what my property mgr. said it would cost! I'm in another state and Bud took payment by card over the phone and he could not have been nicer or more helpful.

They did a great job with the actual job they were contracted for. BUT: 1. The employee gave me inaccurate information during the estimate and during the day of service. 2. The same employee gave me the estimate on a torn envelope, and I had to request a formal estimate from the manager. 3. On the day of service, the same employee and another employee asked if I had paid yet and checked their Ipad to see that they had my credit card information. When I asked the manager about this interaction, he said that it should not have occurred. 4. The employees moved a hose bib that was not supposed to be re-located. 5. The manager forgot to send someone to fix the hose bib issue. 6 weeks later, with no notification that an employee would be at my house, the same employee moved the hose bib to another incorrect location, and left the lid off the water shut off valve and left the water off. 2 days later, the same employee met with me to learn where the hose bib should be locate, but I terminated the meeting when he became angry and began yelling at me at my own home. I will never use this company again.

We had a terrible septic backup into toilet and bath. It was late evening and Mr Rooter showed up and went above and beyond to figure out a problem the previous service we tried did not fix.

I called in a panic on a Thursday afternoon and the office person Susan worked with me to accommodate my work schedule. William arrived bright and early Friday morning. He was courteous and conscientious, and answered all of my questions, explaining the system and my options clearly. I was impressed with the prompt and professional service from both of the staff I interfaced with.

Another excellent experience (they replaced our sewer and waterlines to the main two years ago) with Mr. Rooter here in Medford. My shower head popped off at the tiled wall while I was cleaning. Terrified I'd have water damage inside my walls and that we'd have to bust up the tile wall to repair it, I called the experts. Mr. Rooter's team was here the next day, and the very best outcome was delivered: complete repair with no wall destruction! And the crew were - as always - courteous and careful. My shower was as clean as I'd left it when they finished AND they thoughtfully wore masks while they here here. We really appreciate their conscientious concern for their customers. There's no one else we'd call for any plumbing problem.

I called at 6am on a Monday morning and left a message. I was called back within minutes and a technician (Jack) was at my home by 9am. He cleaned the main line going to my septic to eliminate a blockage. Thru a camera inserted into the line, they were able to diagnose the cause of the blockage and recommend a solution.

While I think a travel charge of $100 is a bit steep (I guess I'm kind of far from them), I was told about it in advance and chose to accept the charge. Based on their thoroughness, I'm glad I did.

No issue recommending Mr. Rooter. They got here fast, did what I needed done and did it well. Plus, they didn't just fix the problem: the diagnosed it, and now I can have it fixed permanently. This will be at an additional cost, but they will deduct 100% of what I paid today from the new work.

It was the Saturday before Christmas and I had a clogged sewer line at my Rental. I called 8 plumbing companies and Mr Rooter was the only company that called me back and traveled 40 minutes to help me out.
They were kind, professional and efficient in showing me on the camera the challenges I will be facing with a deteriorating sewer line. They saved the day and came through at a very busy time of year.
