We had to reschedule due to an emergency, which was totally understandable since mine was definitely not an emergency - I had a slow draining tub.
Anthony came out and took one look at my tub and said ""you don't have an overflow which is the place we'd normally use for the snake."" And on top of it, the drain has crosshairs that's don't come out.
Luckily, Anthony has been doing this job for 18 years and has a extra tool he keeps on his truck for stuff like this. It doesn't have the spring on the end so it fit down the drain between the crosshairs. He was able to get the hair clog out! He then checked the cleanout behind the house to make sure everything was draining correctly.
I lucked out that Anthony was the one to help me today! Not only was he friendly, professional, and on time, he had the tool we needed for this crazy situation on my tub. Thankfully we didn't need a plumber to come out and crawl under the house to fix this, costing me much more than today's service.
I'm very pleased with the service at Mr Rooter!

I was having issues with a blocked main plumbing line at my office. Anthony came out with his camera and tools, and was able to cut some roots that had grown into the line. He showed me where the problem was, and explained a lot about the different types of piping that I have. He also gave me some options for fixing the problem in the future. He was very friendly and efficient and I highly recommend this company.

I have used Mr. Rooter prior for an issue with the drains between my washer and my kitchen sink clogging up. We had used someone else 2 or 3 times prior and the ""fix"" only lasted a couple months each time. I asked for the same person, Anton, to come back out. He is a drain specialist and is very knowledgeable, and we have had no more issues. Scheduled for Tuesday to check out a toilet that has not been flushing properly for quite awhile. Unfortunately, after testing out the drain, snaking it and trying to clean out the jets, it was determined that we will have to replace the toilet. There is a lot of calcium scale buildup from our well water, which has taken out two hot water heaters and several appliances already. Fortunately, the call for the cost was reasonable and he gave us $20 off on a coupon.

We needed a plumber as well to replace the leaking back hose bib/faucet. Unfortunately, it had been repaired before and did not last, so we needed a complete replacement. He called the day before it was scheduled to see if he could come out earlier, and arrived within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, he had to cut through the drywall behind it in the house, as the pipe was too big to come out the hole outside (and easier to replace than siding). It wasn't the easiest spot to get to, but he did it cheerfully. All was done in a satisfactory manner and should last us a long time.

We have been very happy with the professionalism and the results whenever we have used Mr. Rooter. We will continue to use them in the future. Not only do they show up on time, but they are always friendly and professional, and they are knowledgeable and fix issues the first time. They also have a 1 year warranty on their work.

What a wonderful crew! I'm beyond impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by the pair of gentlemen that arrived at the house. They were prompt in their response and arrived at the house not only the day I called, but several hours early and finished before their arrive-time. Their work was minimally invasive and were super friendly, clean, didn't pressure, and were exacting in their estimate. Pricing was fair. Really grateful for their hard work to fix our issue. Our home was built in 1964 and getting issues. In the last 3 or 4 yrs Mr Rooter have located and replaced broken clogged pipe, replaced hot water heater, and unclogged kitchen sink. Each visit was quick response all were kind friendly and professional. All willing to answer all our questions . We highly recommend they help make unpleasant situation much more bearable very affordable. These guys are all great!!

Steve from Mr Rooter was extremely helpful, & went above & beyond to get someone here to clean out drain. He got me moved ahead from tomorrow afternoon, to an hour after I called him!!!!! We have a major leak that needed to be found and a constantly dripping shower. He found the leak but couldn't fix it and didn't have time to fix the shower. So... Nice guy.

I got email from property manager at 4:30pm that house I lease had a clog and they could not fix it. They told me they had some at emergency rates that would do it after hours at a price that I know was ridiculous. I checked Yelp and called Mr. Rooter and one other ""rooter"" company. Bud from Mr.Rooter called me back quickly and he was at the house and line cleared by 9pm and at least half what my property mgr. said it would cost! I'm in another state and Bud took payment by card over the phone and he could not have been nicer or more helpful.

They did a great job with the actual job they were contracted for. BUT: 1. The employee gave me inaccurate information during the estimate and during the day of service. 2. The same employee gave me the estimate on a torn envelope, and I had to request a formal estimate from the manager. 3. On the day of service, the same employee and another employee asked if I had paid yet and checked their Ipad to see that they had my credit card information. When I asked the manager about this interaction, he said that it should not have occurred. 4. The employees moved a hose bib that was not supposed to be re-located. 5. The manager forgot to send someone to fix the hose bib issue. 6 weeks later, with no notification that an employee would be at my house, the same employee moved the hose bib to another incorrect location, and left the lid off the water shut off valve and left the water off. 2 days later, the same employee met with me to learn where the hose bib should be locate, but I terminated the meeting when he became angry and began yelling at me at my own home. I will never use this company again.
