Highly recommend Mr. Rooter for your plumbing needs. Had a terrible slab leak and ended up needing to re-pipe house. Mr. Allen Martin, manager and his crew were topnotch in the service they provided. It was a quick turnaround and they were prompt and professional. Will definitely call them for any plumbing issues in the future!

There is nothing worse then plumbing issues especially when they happen on the Friday night of a 3 day weekend. We had called Fenwick initially and that didn't go well. We called Mr. Call Mike JamesRooter as they sent Steve. Steve was the nicest guy and knew exactly what to do. Fenwick wanted $600 just to go on the roof and Mr Rooter cleared our clog quickly including going on the roof for under $300. Very happy with their service and would definitely use them again. Thanks again, Steve!

they don't even deserve one star most ridiculous and rip off company I ever deal with ,I called in and asked for someone with camera can look in 2"""" pipe .and cindy (receptionist) told me she will send technician for free estimate .I told her we did sneak and its not working I need price for someone with camera to see whats going on,she said np we will send a technician for free estimate.next day technician showup and keep telling me he wants to do sneak to see whats going on and I told him its not going to work we need camera . he convince me he will get it open he knows whats his doing other companies did it wrong. after 10 min from roof he telling me he can only go in 10ft and then he tells me his camera its not going to fit the pipe lol (why did he come then )total waste of time and money yes money he charge me $160 for showing up and trying to do sneak when I told him 100 times its not going to work...stay way from mr rooter we will report them for business bureau and there facebook and online all over .....and then his telling me it will cost $3200 for running new 12' to outside wall.I got few other companies told me $400-750 max ...

Called them out to have the overflow valve on my hot water heater tank attached. After he sat in his car for half an hour, he came back in with an estimate. They wanted $236 to install a 1 foot piece of pvc pipe that costs less than $5. When I said no thank you, and goodbye, he asked me...what were you looking to pay? I said that's not how this works. You give me a price, and either I accept it or I don't. We don't barter back and forth! Extremely unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend them at all!

Waived their weekend fee, until I didn't accept their estimate, then requested the fee. Never mentioned that it was a requirement... Dirty business practice

Professionalism and competence at this company is completely lacking. We called Mr. Rooter to come out and fix a leaking faucet. The first technician came out, looked at the faucet, and told us we could fix the problem ourselves. He told us what part we needed, what to do to replace the old part, and left. We bought the part, came home, and tried to replace it as the technician had instructed us. After quite some time, it was apparent the technician had no clue what he was talking about. Strike one. We called Mr. Rooter out again, and another technician came out. The technician told us he would have to dismantle our faucet and take it back to the shop to be able to swap out the faulty part. Odd, we thought, but we went with it. He also quoted us a higher price for the work than the first technician. We asked the technician to be back before 1pm because we were heading out of town, which he guaranteed he would do. At 2:30, we received a call from the technician letting us know he was on his way. In spite of knowing we needed him to be back before 1pm, he never even called to let us know he was running behind. Strike two. We called Mr. Rooter again, and spoke with a manager this time. We explained what happened, including the fact that we were quoted two different prices by the two technicians. The manager assured us he would have someone come back out between 8 and 9am on Saturday. Fast forward to Saturday morning. It is 8:30am and no technician has arrived. We call, and the representative stated he would contact the technician and have him call us with an ETA. 9am: no call, no technician. We call back, and the local office picks up this time. The representative said they tried to call us four times but the phone went to voicemail, so the technician went on to the next job. We check our phone and have no voicemail messages or any evidence that someone tried to call us. Strike three. Again, we ask to speak with a manager, who calls us back shortly. We explain to Don, the manager, what happened and expressed our frustration with what we perceived to be incompetence. Instead of acting with professionalism to resolve our issue, Don regressed to his childhood days and stated, """"so it's my fault that the part was stuck?"""" Don also shared, by the way, that the technician could not replace the part, so they were just going to send it back to us - still broken. Why did NO ONE at Mr. Rooter lead with the fact that their technicians couldn't swap out the parts? When the third technician came out, we found out why. Apparently, whoever was working to replace the part jammed it in its cartridge so badly that it was permanently stuck. Great. This goes without saying - we will not be using Mr. Rooter in the future. It's not often that a repair service makes the problem worse and then treats you like it was your fault, and we'll spare ourselves the headache in the future by calling someone else.
