Called this company to do a yearly drain on my water heater. In the past , they seemed to be honest . However, with a veteran's discount and a $50 deductible because I said that I would never use them again, they charged me $500. They just raked me through the coals . I looked up other businesses that would have charged me no more than $100 for the same job . The tech spent about 45 minutes and put in a new anode ( which costs about $ 50 for a new one.
Stay away . I feel embarrassed that I allowed myself to be scammed by this company!

Andrew from Mr. Rooter came and checked the problem, left to get parts and returned in 30 minutes with the parts and went to work. He fixed our problem in another 30 minutes and was very polite, answered any questions and made our day. The problem seems to be solved and we are very happy with the work!

Terrible experience with this company. I needed my pilot light lit. I made it clear that was all I needed. Two men came out. They wanted me to buy a new heater. Mine was old but still working. I repeated I ONLY wanted pilot lit. After 30 minutes of this he lit it and charged me $183. I paid him but was furious about it. Single older women get taken advantage of, not my first experience with this. $183 for 1/2 hours work is a pretty good wage! PS: I was told the charge was $59 when I called. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

This is a retraction of a Yelp I posted on Friday, Their service has always been prompt and courteous they arrive on time, And get the job done on time. I've had them out 3 times and there's never been any hidden costs or any issues with the quality of their work.

After having work completed was great experience. Then I had to contact them about the way invoice was printed. I requested that parts and labor be separated per each repair performed. I was informed three separated times they would correct so I could submit to my warranty company this has not happened in the last seven months. The bill totaled over $2,500.00. I am sure that in the state of Utah there is a law concerning correct billing for service performed separating parts and labor.
