We had problems with our drain system. The washer drain, kitchen and bathroom sink. My land lady setup the appointment to get the work done. The two gentlemen that came to address the problems didn't mind me looking in now and then. Both were very professional and friendly. They also took the time to answer any questions I had.
I would definitely use them again and recommend their services .

In writing reviews, always keep in mind the big picture, otherwise your criticism will be heavy handed and lack fairness. Speaking of which, we had an earthquake in the Eureka area on Dec. 20, 2022 which resulted in the breaking of gas lines and water pipes. Aside from everything getting turned upside down, a water pipe here got busted. I realize that some people living south of here got it a lot worse, so I'm grateful we were spared more damage. Now, there are a lot more messed up pipes than there are plumbers, so as much as we're prone to gripe, plumbers are actually few in number. Under better circumstances, I'm sure I'd give Mr. Rooter 5 stars. They did well under great pressure.

This company did not show up for a scheduled appointment. I waited all day. I called their main # and tried to get through, only to be put on hold and disconnected. Please explain the good reviews to me.

I used this company a few times and thought they were going to be the one to call for future issues. However, they didn't install correctly and were supposed to come back out and add the missing part. After several calls with leaving messages (no one answers the phone) no one has bothered to return any calls or come back to fix the installation. Time to look elsewhere.

This is not my first experience with Mr Rooter (Humboldt County). Again, the service was timely, cost-effective and CLEAN! I truly appreciate the fact that ""Travis"" actually listened to how I described the problem and used that information to diagnose and rectify the problem in the quickest, most cost efficient manner. AND he cleaned up after he was done and explained the problem and solution in a most professional way. I will continue to use and recommend MR ROOTER to anyone who has plumbing problems. They treated my home as if it were their own. MR ROOTER ROCKS!

I wasn't impressed by the fact that the person they sent knew almost nothing about plumbing(he was polite) but told me that he would call me back later that day. I didn't hear back for a week and a half so I called them back and they promised me he would call that same day and at this point it's been 3 days. I ended up having a friend check it out and it was just a failing check valve! so thanks for nothing mr rooter!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company! They showed up on time, told me exactly what was wrong and fixed the issue right then and there. Great customer service! I definitely recommend this company!

Love these guys!! Brett and his team go above and beyond.
What should have been an easy fix turned into a more complex job today. Patric went beyond and got the job done. Now my mother has a brand new toilet and no more worries.

I'm glad I saved Brett's card from many years ago when fixed drainage lines for me.

I hope to not have any more plumbing problems in the future, but if I do I know who I will call.
