Always excellent! I has used them on and off for the last 15-18 years! Always on time, clean, accomplished and the plumbers offer good advice and tips on how to maintain the plumbing and pipes.

unethically dishonest
the technician michael and his assistant had come to repair the main valve as well as a leakage due to a faulty toilet pump.
the toilet pump valve needed to be replaced. michael asked me if they could come back after the part (under warranty) had arrived. we told them that our contractor could do the replacement. michael told me that the replacement part had been ordered. I was a bit surprised as of how quick the part was ordered (within a few minutes), but thought maybe he had inside connections to do that much quicker than I could.
after waiting for almost 4 weeks, the part never came. I contacted customer service via email. sharon responded and told me that michael had ordered the part again. it would be delivered to their office, and they asked me again if they could come out for installation. I told them that wouldn't be needed as our contractor would be doing that. I asked them to let me know when the part had arrived, so that our contractor could go to their office to pick it up.
after waiting for 3 weeks, the part still never came. I contacted sharon again. she said that the order had been shipped to our house. what? they told me earlier that it had been ordered and would be shipped to their office. now it had been shipped to our house? notice how the story had changed?
sharon's last email to me was on may 15th. I had contacted her twice (on may 18th and may 22nd) asking for the part number so that I could contact the manufacturer.
we had to figure out the part number (which was the main reason why we contacted Mr. Rooter's customer service in the first place), and contacted the manufacturer. they said that they never got any request to send a replacement part to our home address.
it was when I realized that michael had never ordered the part in the first place. it is because we had declined for them to come back again for the installation, thus no reason for them to order the part.
we are beyond disgusted that we had to wait more than 2 months for a part that never came. and with their empty promises of having ordered the part. to us, that was unethically dishonest (because we had declined their offer to come over to do the part replacement). they could have given us the part number and asked us to make an order ourselves instead of waiting for nothing.

Technician came very quickly after call. Very courteous and professional, took care of problem in no time. Was great about letting me know about options and what the issue was. Very reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

We had a issue with both toilets in our home. We were referred to Mr. Rooter. It was on a Saturday and we weren't expecting anyone to come out. We were very wrong. They came out the same day & arrived earlier than we were told they would. Steven & Chris were very polite and very thorough. They found the clog in our line which took a process of elimination. They cleaned up after themselves and treated our home like it was theirs. When they left our toilets worked better than they had in a long while. I would recommend Mr. Rooter. And if I have anymore issues in the future, I will request Steven & Chris. They work very well together.

From the previous invoice:
"I was certain that the toilet bolts and could be the primary cause of the water damage above his garage."
Obviously after the first visit the problem was not fixed. After having a water restoration company out to rip out dry wall to repair the damage I was told that the leak remained and was much worse than originally thought. I called Mr. Rooter back and they began work only to tell me that they could not do a simple fix but instead that they would have to repipe, lay concrete and reset to toilet ($1500). The simple fix was not something they would perform. I have called another plumber who will come fix the problem for $200.
$300 for the first visit (with coupon) and $150 for the 2nd (with 1/2 a coupon)* for them to just remove the broken toilet and give me the outrageous quote.
*They said they probably wouldn't accept the coupon a 2nd time because I just used one. I should not have to have a plumber out twice to fix a problem that ultimately never got fixed by Mr. Rooter. Their manager was "nice" enough to give me 1/2 of the coupon credit...
I understand plumbers can sometimes take advantage of people given the circumstances but this was unreasonable and uncalled for. Still not sure why I paid for the first repair that didn't work and pay for a 2nd visit for them just remove a broken toilet.

Mr. Rooter was a life saver when one of our pipes burst during the freeze. The customer service was excellent--from the initial phone call, the work itself, they were able to send a plumber the next day to get it fixed. Thanks again for helping us quickly resolve our problem.

The technician for Mr. Rooter came to my house to "rooter" my sewer line that was backed up. He was on time. He had me sign a work contract and described the work as he would rooter the sewer line and if necessary use a camera "keep it simple" he attempted the rooter at the outdoor access in my yard was unsure of the direction of the line or why his line would not fit. I asked about using the camera " I don't want to use it if I don't know where it's going it's very expensive" I asked if he could poke a rod in the ground to find the direction "I left it with my other crew". He then recommended getting a crew out to dig it up and see what the problem was for estimate of $1500-2500. I said no thanks I paid $200 for nothing. I called another plumber and he did the whole rooter job in 1 hour. No digging. I called Mr. Rooter to complain I was told by the office staff that someone would call in 48 hours. I have not received a phone call.

I manage a property in Houston from Dallas, which recently had a major plumbing issue. I was able to coordinate the entire process remotely. They were able to put me in contact with the plumbing technician on site, I was provided updates on status including pictures via email. They even took care of the city inspection of the work completed. It made the process as stress free as possible. Excellent service and great follow-up

I had 2 plumbing techs out to my house today because there was a drip from the ceiling downstairs this morning while my son was taking a shower up stairs.
First guy looks up at the ceiling downstairs then looks at the tub. Runs the water for 30 seconds and tells me I need a new tub $ 540 for labor plus cost of tub.
Next comes Jace from Mr. Rooter . The drywall was already torn out from storm damage.
Jace w a flashlight gets his head up into the rafters, felt around and took pictures. Then he went upstairs and examined the tub pulled out the drain and ran water in the tub . Then he goes downstairs again to look at the ceiling below. Repeats the same steps with the shower and the toilets in both upstairs bathrooms . Turns out the tub the other guy said needs replacing isnt even over the leaking ceiling . He determined neither the tub nor the pipes were leaking but the tile floor. Jace was very thorough in checking all the possibilities and saved me unnecessary expenses. This is the kind of company you want when you are faced with plumbing problems . I would call them again if I ever have a plumbing problem and recommend this company to friends.

Thank you, Mr. Rooter for unclogging my toilet. My son had threw some object down the toilet and got it clogged and they came out and used this long tool to get the object out and it was back up and running! Thank you again for your services!
