Wes came out to my home. I had a stopped up toliet and he used the snake and had it fixed in about 10 minutes. He was very professional, nice, and explained everything he was doing as he fixed it.
The price was reasonable and I will definitely call them in the future for any problems that I have, Wes was great!

Jay is exceptional at his job! He is knowledgeable, professional and very reliable. We have had him work on several issues within our home and we have been beyond pleased with his work. We can't recommend Jay from Mr. Rooter Plumbing enough.

I had a leak under my dishwasher. I had 2 plumbers come out and found that the dishwasher was leaking. They pulled the dishwasher out and charged me $395. I personally think that price was outrageous. I'll go somewhere else.

I had a water pipe burst yesterday, and when no one else could make it through the ice to help me, you guys did. Same day, I was able to take a hot shower after Jay left and he even helped me out with some tips to keep it from happening again. Great people and they'll be my first call next time I need help. I had a water heater that needed to me relocated and had scheduled an appointment with ""his and hers plumbing"". 20 minutes before they were supposed to show up they canceled on me due to an ""emergency call"" I was going to be stuck without hot water for a week due to the fact that they could only reschedule me a week later..... I was lucky enough to find Mr. Rooter plumbing. I explained to them the situation I was dealt and they were more than responsive to the situation! I was greeted by Blade, he had assessed what had needed to be done to ensure that I would have hot water for the coming weekend. Blade was very professional and made the experience very enjoyable. He had stayed late to ensure that the hot water was working properly and he wouldn't have to come back. I am more than happy with the experience I had with him today. I have been a general contractor for 10+ years and I am proud to say that he exceeded my expectations. I would give this man a raise if he was working for me he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most important got the job done in a timely manner and was very clean! Thank you Blade for having such a great attitude and being willing to go the extra mile! 10/10

Was given a window between 12-2, at 200, I hadnt heard anything so I contacted the office. They said they didn't know where their guy was but said they could contact him if I wanted. Heard back at 230 that could be there at 330 but had to leave at 400. Just an absolute embarrassment of a business.
