Elizabeth C.Plumber came out to clear a clogged toilet. Ended up cracking the toilet while doing so. Did not inform us of the crack and I did not see it at first since it was small. Went to the bathroom 30 minutes later and the floor is covered in water. Called the company and they refused to come out to fix it unless I paid a travel fee (company is in town) and then whatever they felt like charging when they examined the """"new problem"""".
