Called them up at around 4pm. Said they can't come until next day. So much for around the clock emergency repairs. Went with another local plumber.

On 9/11/14 these folks opened up a clogged drain line from my Kitchen sink, on 10/12/14 the line clogged again, on 10/13/14 I called to ask them to honor their warranty and unclog the line again. The company refused to honor the warranty for several reasons, including informing me that I turned down a service that was not offered by the service tech who showed up at my home. Received a call from the owner telling me that my asking that the warranty be honored was like asking an auto repair service that worked on my car to do work under the warranty that they didn't do in the first place. Unfortunately I was angry, used the word ""hell"" which offended the owner, and informed him I did not want to do any further business with him or his company. I am filing a complaint with the Pa. Atty Gen's Office of Consumer Protection, and finding another plumber to do the work. Had I not been lied to and about, let alone summarily told by a receptionist that their warranty was worthless, and had the work not failed after 4 weeks, I probably would not have been so angry and would have been willing to pay for additional service, until I learned from their competition that the service I supposedly turned down cannot be done on a two inch pipe. Apparently these people thought I should just grin and bear it, and let them rip me off. No chance of that happening.
