Was very happy with our experience - we had been getting the run around by some smaller companies or were running into weeks long wait times - Mr. Rooter was able to get something scheduled within a couple days - my boyfriend had called and the info wasn't communicated well so they accidentally went to his address but immediately corrected it without further issue. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly, laid out pricing up front and completed the work in a timely manner! Was very happy and will be using them again!

Came out on friday to unclog drain. Was backed up Saturday morning. Called and texted number provided. Was told over phone someone would get back to me. Now Monday pm and I had to call. Told again someone would get back with me. The operator seemed annoyed and short. After reading reviews sound like I am not the only one with this problem

They were able to make an appointment on very short notice for a nasty clog that took our only bathroom sink out of commission. They came the day after the phone call. The guy we got, Jay, gave us a free estimate and then patiently explained our options. After I chose which service I wanted, he didn't push and try to sell anything more expensive. He was polite, professional, quick, and he did a great job! I'll definitely go to them again.

I was surprised, always saw their trucks around town and thought they would be generic and pricey, called when our line was plugged and we ended up getting into a bigger issue.. all of the team was responsive, communicated well and gave very fair pricing....

We couldn't say whether they are any good, since they never bothered to show up!

We called on Thursday, because the line to our handicap-ready bathroom was backed up and overflowing. We were promised that they'd be out between 11 AM and 1 PM on Friday.


Friday we got an email in the morning saying they'd be here between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM. Not what they originally promised, but okay. 5:30 PM they call to say it will still be a while. 9:30 PM they call to say they can't make it, they'll be here on Saturday between 5 and 7 PM.


Three guesses who never showed up on Saturday either, nor did they even bother to call with an excuse as to why they didn't bother to come. Apparently this outfit is a complete waste of time.
