It is hard to write a 2-3 star review for a business that done nothing wrong except being too expensive.

I had ordered a faucet replacement and the estimate came 360$ for the work and 200$ for the unit. Problem is that there is the same faucet in a home improvement store for 49$ and installation cost done by the same store is 238$. So markup on faucet alone is 300% plus labor cost is very high. The job of faucet replacement for an experienced plumber takes 15-30 minutes, most likely less.

I did the job myself after all but I was ok to pay ~100$ to someone else, just to not to get my hands dirty.

I am not saying it was anything else wrong with this business. Technician came up on time, was acting modest, did not spend much of my time and so on. It is just the price that shows no value even comparing the base price provided by home improvement store.

Wow what a great team!

Needed to replace the hot water heater and not only did the team of professionals quote pricing for a decent temporary fix, but also competitively quoted the cost for a full replacement (incl. labor). We went with the replacement and couldn't be more pleased!

Both quotes were very competitive! Service was fast and comprehensive. Didn't take long to schedule the prelim evaluation or the replacement service/repairs.

My tankless water heater was not working properly. Mr Rooter was able to come out the next day and diagnose the problem and helped me get the repair done under my warrant. Tyler A was on time, professional and fully explained the issue. He was able to get the part and make the repair within 24 hours. I highly recommend Mr Rooter

We had a clogged drain pipe outside and the rain was getting into our basement. After multiple plumbers said they couldn't handle that type of work, we got Mr. Rooter on the schedule ASAP. Lenny came first thing in the morning and completely fixed the issue. He said he's seen it all and assured me he could get the job done, and he did.
