Edgar Z.Contacted Mr Rooter for service to the water heater they installed about a year ago. I bought the Membership for an extended warranty but when contacted they never responded. The membership expired Dec 31, 2021. I contacted them anyway even though the membership already expired. This time they responded and made appointment to check out my water heater. They gave me an 10 am to 2 pm window. They never showed up.
Peter C.Make sure to get an estimate and quote before using this company. They will quote $59 to come out, then charge $219 for 5 minutes of work. It is borderline customer abuse. Will never use this firm again.
