Contacted Mr Rooter for service to the water heater they installed about a year ago. I bought the Membership for an extended warranty but when contacted they never responded. The membership expired Dec 31, 2021. I contacted them anyway even though the membership already expired. This time they responded and made appointment to check out my water heater. They gave me an 10 am to 2 pm window. They never showed up.

Make sure to get an estimate and quote before using this company. They will quote $59 to come out, then charge $219 for 5 minutes of work. It is borderline customer abuse. Will never use this firm again.

We experienced an issue where the water line coming from the city main into our home sprung a leak. Called Mr Rooter of Frisco, received prompt and professional attention. The problem was quickly identified, and remedied. The task included some digging, replacement of pipe and parts, which included soldering/welding of pipes and new parts/connectors.

I HIGHLY recommend this family owned business for your plumbing needs. Prompt, courteous, professional, timely service, at a reasonable price. Additionally, the work area was left just as clean as they found it.

The job was completed timely and with ONE call. It's nice to know and work with a business that value their trade and customers.
