Michael C.I have used this Mr. Rooter for the past 9 years, and have had no issues.
Recently I have had a soft blockage in my sewer system, I rented an auger and managed to get sewerage flow and then called Mr. Rooter to finish up and clear the blockage. JeremIan Friend was my technician and I explained the issue and what I had done, and he went to work. After about 30 minutes he told me that he couldn't fix the issue and that the line needed to be Hydro Scrubed which is $780.00, which he stated only took 10 minutes to do. So i had to pay $340.00 for him to not even complete the work, but now they what me to pay another $780.00 just to finish the job. Sorry, but that sounds like extortion to me. Before he came out I had some flow, now I have none.
we can't even do laundry, take showers, do dishes or even use the toilet because of the work that was done. So it looks like I'm going to have to rent an auger and do the work myself. Thank you Mr. Rooter for such a wonderful job!!!!!!
