BUYER BEWARE. Worst workmanship I've ever seen. Outrageously expensive too. Could not believe my eyes. The work under the sink looked like a toddler did it. It leaked. Three trips to stop the leak. I question if the tech was even licensed. Sure had no clue what he was doing. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Mo was fantastic! He was on time and explained our issue well. He took extra time to tell my parents what solutions he would have for their issue. Great customer service and someone you want to help when you have a plumbing need. Thank you Mo!

Don't ever call this company. The WORST service. Lies about what they can and can't do. Excuses of not being able to fix things because they don't have the necessary tools and equipment. Outrageous estimates/quotes. Cancel on your appointments, send technicians that are lazy and lie to you about not being able to do things, can do this because... your house is old, so the pipes are bad, can't get on the roof (when that isn't even necessary), asking the customer if I have a bucket to catch water from the pea trap...
Could go on and on. Called and left a message for management... two days ago. No call or response. Had to take time off work to meet techs, over a dozen calls to check on status of arrival, a no show, an excuse of needing an additional tech to help him... lazy and just full of crap.

Beware of price gouging from this company. Over a two-day period, which only amounted to around 45 minutes (if that) of actual labor we were charge $1240.58. All they did was snake a camera through a drain pipe for underground mapping purposes. No sewage, no clogs, just running a camera through an old drain pipe. The camera could only snake up to 150 feet of the drain pipe, so the technician could not go any further. At this point it was almost dark and we needed to open the area where he stopped so he could continue to snake the rest of the pipe. The technician at that time instructed us that if we needed his help once we got it open to give him a call and he would take care of us. The charge for his visit that day was $595.72 for 30 minutes of labor. The very next day we called into their call center to request the same technician to come back out. We stated then that we could not pay that price again and needed the same technician to come back out to finish the job. They said they would have the same technician give us a call since we wanted him instead of a different technician. We never received that call and they sent a different technician out which only worked 15 minutes of labor and charged us $644.86 which was more than the previous visit. The technicians work off of commission so small businesses beware! This company will gouge you!!

Beware beware bad customer service for warranty. Will not call back unless you keep pushing then very rude! Will never use any of these franchises.

They came out and had to take the toilet off late at night. He didn't fix the problem and charged for each thing he did. He made a complete mess when putting the toilet back on, and left it. I am sure he was tried, we were also but now I will have to hire a person to come put the toilet back on correctly. Very sloppy work! Thanks

I live in a house built in 1940 and my sewer lines were also original, made of cast iron and clay. I was warned a few years ago that the entire line would need to be replaced, but I decided to ride its usefulness out to the last second. Which I did, until the weekend before Christmas. My toilets wouldn't flush, so I had Mr. Rooter come out to open my lines (I've had to do this in the past due to root intrusion). Unfortunately too much of my line had collapsed and I had no choice but to replace it. I decided to use Mr. Rooter to replace my line and Moses, my technician, did a wonderful job holding my hand through the entire process and making sure the job was performed quickly, competently and to my satisfaction. We hit a few snags with rain, the holidays and waiting for the City of Dallas, but the entire job was finished by December 29 and everything is working properly. I can even run my washing machine and take a shower at the same time, something I've never been able to do. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter.

First visit - blockage "cleared", $302.
Second visit 3 days later - blockage now reported as "apparent collapse", tech reports rooter "continuously stalling out", gives drain repair estimate at $5185. Tech points out area of blockage, fails to mention that blockage is located in city right of way. Continued blockage, $577.
Call to city, 2 days later - amazingly, they remove roots in less than 15 minutes, blockage now cleared.
Mr Rooter $897
City of Arlington $0
It's not just about the money spent for a tech with failing equipment, if indeed it was failing. He then doubled down with a bid for work he knew would be covered by the city.

From answering the phone to the Plummer that comes out. All-star service. They are so nice and respectful and willing to really earn your business. I'll never use anyone else.

A plumber was at my home quickly when I had a plumbing emergency. The company representative was very professional and assessed the situation thoroughly. The work was performed as soon as possible, and was done well. Thank you Mr. Rooter!
