Came to the house that needed a sewage pipe cleaned out approximately 40 feet at most and I'm assuming because the only person home was a young adult female they thought easy money and told her it would be 1300 dollars and 50 dollars that we were not informed we would be charged ahead of time just to show up and give us an outragous price call another company and they told us around 300 but suggested a place that specializes in this and they said 140 I DO NOT recommend this company save your time and money going else where

Open 24/7 I called you at on a Thursday at 9pm with a leaking pressure tank and the best you can do is 3-4 days later. I contacted LJ inc in Swartz creek on Friday at 7 by 815 a new one was installed and they were gone. Also they did it for $35 more than I could have bought the tank for.

The guy that came out wanted to charge 900$ just to diagnose the problem , I called another place and they fixed problem for 130$

Called on February 13, 2021 to have someone come out to unclog a toilet at 12:47 p.m. The girl told me it would be $47.00 to $90.00 depending on how long it would take. No one ever showed up that day but I did receive a phone call around 7:00 p.m. asking if they could come out on February 14, 2021 in the morning. Did not have much of a choice at that point. They called me on February 14, 2021 and stated that they would have someone at the house within an hour. At 10:00 February 14, 2021 they showed up and told me and my husband that it was going to be $160.00 but there was a $20.00 on the internet so the overall bill was $140.02 for 5 minutes of work. I left a message on the answering but I am sure that I will not receive a call back. I will never ever use this company again. I will be using American Sewer because they treat you with more respect than this company. If you have to get a toilet unplugged do not use this company.

Made an appointment for the next day and was told they would call a half hour before they came between 1pm and 5 pm. At 3:30 I called asking if I was still on the list for that day and was told ""yes"". At 5:30, I got a call saying they had no one in the area and needed to reschedule a day or two later. (I opted to go elsewhere.) Looking at their Facebook rating, I received the same treatment as those other three reviewers.

Called Mr Rooter on Monday with a non emergency just a slow basement drain that made doing laundry a big mess. Explained it was absolutely not a priority. They were here the next day. Total time was less than 1/2 hour. The plumber was VERY professional, courteous, and pleasant. We will use this company if we have any plumbing issues in the future. Prices were quoted up front so no surprises either! We will also recommend to everyone.
