Mr. Rooter's technicians are knowledgeable and dependable. I worked with two Mr. Rooter employees, Ken and Alex, on two different days that were sent out to access my problem at hand. Being a first time home owner, and only having lived in my home for one month, you can only imagine the stress and anxiety I was going through. I know it sounds dramatic, but having little to no knowledge about taking care of a home and the responsibilities that come with it made me fear for the worst.

Ken and Alex both ran tests and managed to correctly inform me of what could be causing the problems I was having with my toilet. Both were very thorough and in a matter of two days my toilet was running normally.

I'm really relieved that everything is running normally. I appreciate you guys for helping me out!

We called very early November to get an estimate to install a half bath in an out building. Scheduled for Monday after Thanksgiving 8am-11 but was told we were first on the list. They said they would call an hour before arriving. Waiting waiting waiting after not hearing by 10:30 I called them and was informed they got tied up on earlier call and the new window was 1 to 4 pm. We opted to reschedule for wednesday 8 to 11. Received phone call at approx 8:40 they were on their way and would be here in 15 minutes. At 9:37 I called to find out where they were. Was told they didnt know they would send him a message and get back to me. At which point my husband said enough and we cancelled and we would go with another companyand to Please let him know. 10:15 am the man knocks on our door. They obviously do not care about our time and do not needour money. Very disatisfied. Would have given zero stars if possible.

12 noon update- received a call from company apologisong. Nice to hear from them.

Although I originally had some issues with Mr.Rooter's services, their reaction to my concerns was professional and responsive. They accepted responsibility in resolving the problem and agreed to return and correct it. I was more than happy to pay them for their services, but they refused to charge me. We all err from time to time. What makes a business 5 star is not what they charge, but how they resolve problems. I am extremely satisfied with Mr. Rooter's services and would be happy to use them again.

Mr. PEIMAN KARIMI. My wife and I have so much great comments to say about our Service (Very) Professional Mr. PEIMAN KARIMI. We are located in the Mill Creek, WA area. Mr. KARIMI works out of Kirkland, WA. Mr. KARIMI arrived at our front door all masked up, boot covers on, AND standing at a distance to greet us. Great start. Showed Mr. KARIMI to our upstairs master bathroom where we had a broken hot water line and a mini-flood caused by this DIYer! Mr. KARIM advised wouldn't be a difficult fix but explained in detail (educated) us on what he would be doing for the fix. Mr. KARIMI also advised to replace our 4 cookie-cutter-type plastic shut-off valves. He showed us the valves he would be using and why we should replace them. Our thinking since he was already in there, be a good idea to replace them. Mr. KARIMI even gave me some advice on the other plumping type projects he saw in the master bathroom. Really, a plumber going above and beyond what he was here for? Not just a plumber but an educator and overall wonderful human being! Thank you for providing a memorable experience in a stressful time for us! We have your card, we will be asking for you if we ever have another plumbing need (hopefully not in a emergency situation). Also, Eva, our dispatcher I spoke to a couple times that morning. Eva great on the phone, professional, very accurate information. I could go on but think I might hit the max number of characters soon.

I'm really unhappy. I Called Mr Rooter to fix a broken drain pipe from my kitchen sink down in my crawl space. They refused to even look at it until I had a service come sanitize the space which cost me $1100. So I did that, and scheduled Mr Rooter to come out and fix the issue as I explained in detail on the phone. After multiple schedule delays from Mr Rooter they made it out without any apology to my time which caused me to loose a day's pay at work. When they finally made it out the gentleman informed me he was the wrong type of plumber and couldn't work on my issue because it was under ground in my crawl space. Again, I had explained this in detail on the phone. After more back and forth Mr Rooter told me they couldn't even quote the job until they sent a camera down the pipe to know where the break was which would cost me another $700! $700 before I even have a clue how much the fix is going to cost. Even after I requested that they just replace the whole length of the pipe, they refused to quote with the $700 investment. That just didn't make any sense since I was asking them to replace the whole pipe. In the end, I just couldn't go with this company. They were late, rude, and expensive. That does not give me any confidence in their quality. One clarification is that the gentleman that came onsight was actually respectful and apologetic, but he couldn't do anything and his company is horrible. Just stay away is my advice.

We had the return pipe from our kitchen sink develop a leak, which we noticed on a Sunday around noon. Mr. Rooter was the first plumbing company we called which could service us same day. A plumber arrived within the agreed time frame a few hours later, which was great. Unfortunately, it cost $550 to repair a single leaky galvanized coupler (the plumber entered this into his iPad app, and that as the quote that came out). The plumber did give us $100 off once he had completed the work, but for at most a half hour of work $550 (post tax) is totally nuts. We did agree with the price beforehand (I mean, we wanted to use our sink, and I am not a plumber), but when ultimately it takes less than half an hour there should be some semblance of reasonableness to the pricing.

Moral of the story, Mr. Rooter will get the job done but for completely unreasonable prices. (The plumber personally was a nice guy, and seemed apologetic)

After a horrible experience with the other ""Rooter"" company, I called Mr. Rooter. They came out at the time they said they would and were fully prepared to do the job. The technicians were professional and courteous, and started working immediately. The job was completed in a timely fashion and the price charged for the work done was literally thousands of dollars less than the other ""Rooter"" quoted. I would highly recommend them to all. Thank you Mr. Rooter Team for your services.

The tech (Jesse) I had was amazing. He was nice, courteous, and professional. He gave us a great deal on the replacement of our water heater and removal. He got the job done in a timely manner and it was done to perfection. Afterwards, we had a small leak related to some of the work he had done, and we were able to get him back out the next day to fix it.I was very pleased with the service I was provided by both Jesse and the staff I spoke with on the phone at Mr Rooter, and would gladly come to Mr Rooter again when I need other services they provide.
