A+++ rating!! Mr Rooter did an amazing job in fixing our plumbing issues! They were prompt to respond when we called. Whoever the original builders of our house were, they installed plumbing that was subpar so that we couldn't snake the drains properly. Travis was very knowledgable and detailed oriented. He was able to quickly locate where the blockages were and unclog them. He also meticulously installed a new system so we could better access any clogged areas for future. Travis was very professional, courteous and friendly and took great pride in his workmanship. We were very impressed. If we should ever encounter any plumbing problems down the road, we will gladly use their services again. HIGHLY recommend them! -Thanks so much!

They replaced sewer line from inside my basement that runs to the street I still have moisture come through the concrete in my basement they replaced concrete in front of my step wrong so it holds a big puddle of water there they didn't add all my dirt they took away back so my yard looks lop sided and has sink holes they have ditches they left on the edge of my yard that goes to neighbors driveway that has been hazardous and the dirt they took from the edge of the curb to get to the line has sink holes because they didn't put all the dirt back and kids have gotten there ankles stuck in it my yard looks horrible and will cost a few thousand to correct they promised a partial refund and never gave it to me and they said it would be a 4 day job that lasted over a month and has never been finished my yard is horrible and has to be fixed they lie they are rude and unprofessional and I am disabled they took advantage of me and they charged me over $8000 for work not completed and not done correctly also the worker broke my bathroom sink and it's still leaking they promised to replace that also and I had to finance the job so still paying for it and it's not even done nor done right. And the man wanted me to let him come in and out of my house after the month and I had went back to work with my disabled daughter home by herself even though she is an adult she is disabled and I am now also. They also had the din and crew do work that only a licensed person can do and the dad who is licensed tried to get me to lie to the city inspector and say he did the work but he didn't do any of the work. I said no so they kept me away from the city inspector They are very devious and deceptive.

My rating is based solely on the price of the service provided. Shortly after Thankgiving our kitchen drain became plugged. A call to Mr Rooter was quickly answered and a service tech came to our house. He couldn't get the system working after about 3 hrs and reurned the next day with an additional tech. they removed our garbage disposal, replumbed the kitchen sink, and Hydrojetted the kitchen drian. The crew worked about three hours to complete the process. The drain now runs well. The crew was very freindly and did a competent job with the exception of leaving the hot wire from the garbage disposal hanging. The cost to open the drain was $4900.00. I know plumbers are expensive but I think this charge was exhorbitant. You decide.

We had an issue with our water heater leaking and called Mr. Rooter around 7 pm, the lady on the phone was extremely nice and took our information and let us know that they would be able to have someone come in immediately the next morning to help us out.
The service was amazing, Jermaine was extremely friendly and patient with us and all of our questions as first time home owners. They are very knowledgeable and were able to help us by letting us know what was wrong, how they could fix it, giving us multiple options on how we would like to proceed, and thorough explanations of each option with the cost breakdown. We will definitely be calling them again for future services!
Overall - extremely nice, professional, knowledgeable, and all for a great price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
