I'm very very disappointed we've been long time customers ever since they were rapid root or Surety Plumbing giving them our business recently spent $260 to have a drain cleared when all they did was push the gunk to the other side of the house now we have another clog and they don't want to honor the warranty even after we were willing to pay $800 for them to change a PVC by pipe underneath our mobile home

And the water valve leaking again few hours later.
Obviously they come back and fix again.
It's your choice.

I am still on the fence about the service provided by Mr. Rooter.
I called them asking for assistance when my pipes going from the washer were plugged. The technician who came advised that he will get a supervisor with a camera to come in and take a look, and that in the meantime, I should use an enzyme solution to dissolve the deposits on the pipes. The following week, I got a visit from a senior technician with a camera. He showed me what was going on. He mentioned there was some cracks in the pipe, and while the enzyme might work for a while, the pipes were old.
I asked for a quote to replace the pipe. About 2 weeks after the fact, I reached out asking for an update on the quote. The technician came back again, and the following day I had a quote in my email.
A few days after, the manager called to make an appointment to change the pipe. I told him I would have to wait until I was able to make a decision about this with my husband, and that we will contact them.
I called to set up an appointment, and my husband asked to have the tech come by the house and explain what was going on.
And here is my dilemma. While they seemed like a professional plumbing company, the old stereotype on how they would treat women applied here. They pushed for me to make that appointment and have my bathroom and garage torn apart, only to tell my husband a completely different story, that the enzyme will work as long as we use it on a regular basis.
I am thankful and disappointed at the same time. I was excited about giving them 5 stars, however, it's going to have to be 3.

I needed a bib/faucet replaced in my back yard. I thought it was going to take forever since plumbers are busy due to last week's "blizzard," but I called Mr. Rooter and left a message. They replied promptly and their tech, Jose, was here the very next day, on time and ready to go. He quickly resolved the issue and did the repair. The price I feel was reasonable and pretty much what I expected to pay. I definitely recommend and will use them again if I ever need a plumber again.

This company believes that their time is more valuable than your time and that is just not good customer service.

A field supervisor was supposed to show up and give me a quote for the job. He never showed up. When I called to speak to a manager about this, he explained that the first technician had shared with them that my budget was around $200 and that since their labor price was so drastically different from my expectation, they would not waste their time sending a field supervisor. This is all well and good, however nobody called me and I was waiting for them, taking time out of my busy schedule to meet them and it would've been great to have received a call saying that they were not going to send a field supervisor.

This company is outrageously more expensive than any of the other plumbers in the area.

The job entailed installing a washer hookup and a washer discharge. The cold water needed to be moved about 10 feet. They quoted me $1856.00 for labor alone! That price is outrageously expensive especially when compared with the quotes that I have received from other plumbers in the area.

I called regarding my water heater going out. Woman said she would have someone call me.

No one called me back.

Ended up going with a different company who not only responded, but was able to get my water heater going within an hour, I was more than happy to pay their price.

It was a short job but I'm told the tech was professional and didn't take long to handle the problem. If I had any negative things to say was the tech wore a 49ers ballcap lol.

I had an emergency and called. They responded quick and evaluated the problem. The technician explained what was needed and what it would cost. I accepted it and authorized the work. When he started he noticed something else that could be a problem but was not broken at the time. He showed it to me and even repaired it with no extra cost. For being a short notice immediate response the cost was not out of the norm and the work was done fast and professionally. Would highly recommend them.
