Love these guys. Fair, honest work. Friendly and thorough. Ramone just cleared my kitchen sink and offered me some great advice to avoid it happening again.

Well, our worst fear happened - The problem that we spent $2500 to fix with Mr. Rooter happened again and now we are in the biggest mess possible. We had construction done, new shower put in, and the pipes backed up exactly like before we had the rooter work done.
Thanks again Mr. Rooter for handling nothing and charging us $2500 to do so...

I wish I could give this company a 0, but 1 is the only option for a crappy company. They came out and didn't even unplug the toilets. They told us we had roots growing in the main line that goes to the street. It would cost us a lot of money to fix that. The problem was not in the main line it was inside the house. It would cost us more money if they put the snake through the roof or take the toilets out These guys broke the ceramic main line and didn't say anything except they couldn't put the snake towards the house.. The next day we called another plumber and they also gave us the same spill that it would cost us more money. We just rented a snake from Home Depot for $65.00 and got the job done. We paid both these guys for doing nothing except putting the camera down the main line. They are the biggest rip off ever.

Best customer service ever. John was nice, easy to work with, explained everything, honored my discount without hassle, and cleaned up after. Easy Peasy, good work for a very reasonable price. Quick show up, there for only an hour, and my plumbing now works great! Yay John! YayMr. Rooter!

I used Mr Rooter, specifically John, Rocky and Shane, to fix a major plumbing problem - that took multiple days to fix. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, came on time every morning, cleaned up after themselves at the close of each day, and were very competitive on the price. I would use them again in an instant.

Very satisfied with this company! Over all was a great experience! I would definitely recommend. Amazing customer service!

Don't waste your money. Two men came out and spent an hour messing around. They said they could not get the drain cleaned out, yet they charged me $ 125.00. They said I need extensive work done under the house, 3000.00. The following weekend my brother rented a snake from Home Depot for 37.50 and cleaned the drain out. What a ripoff. It is sad that so many business are dishonest.

This place is a rip off! They came to do the hydrojetting and charged me for over $900! Their manager came a day after saying they need to charge another $1600+ to replace the pipe because it had roots growing in. Supposedly, hydrojetting could have removed the roots. They could've informed me that a pipe needed to be replaced before they did the hydrojetting. What's worse was that the water backflowing problem happened again after 2 weeks! They overcharge do not use them.

Mr. Rooter CAN'T BE TRUSTED!
I called Mr. Rooter to unclog a backed up kitchen sink. Plumber Damian arrived the following day to perform the 1 drain service. He was able to get the water to go down after snaking the pipe for 5-10 minutes. He wrote on our receipt that the work was warrantied for 30 days and also recommended a mini hydro scrub for $400+.
That evening, the kitchen drain backed up again. I called Mr. Rooter back thinking it would not be an issue since the service was under warranty. Was I wrong! I had 2 consecutive appointments blown off. No one came during either one of those confirmed appointments windows. Neither Damian nor any reps from Mr. Rooter called, wasting my spouse's time waiting for them. I called again and was told the original service person would show up the following day. A General Manager by the name of Shane Overby, showed up the following day instead, not Damian. He quickly snaked the pipe and immediately said the hydro scrub was needed and would give us the credit in the amount of the original service if we did the hydro scrub. RED FLAG!
Instead of going with the service immediately, I decided to borrow my dad's drain auger and tried snaking the pipe myself before going down the path of spending that much money on a clog. I probably spent about 15 to 20 minutes, and surprisingly, I was able to get the pipe unclogged. I don't feel like I fed the snake that many feet into the drain before the clog was released. I decided to go further just in case there was any potential blockage further down. It was probably grease build-up, but my kitchen sink has been draining just fine for a few weeks now with no signs of backing up whatsoever.
Now, how is it that a non-professional plumber like me was able to get a pipe unclogged, and 2 supposed plumbing professionals, one being a GM, were not??? Not only did they not complete a basic job but tried to get me to fork out even more money for what I now think was highly unnecessary???
I will never call Mr. Rooter for any plumbing work. The only thing that Mr. Rooter made go down the drain was my money as they never fulfilled their initial service. Their 30 day warranty is bogus, and I'm convinced now the $400+ up-sell was their incentive to not complete a basic clogged drain. I wish I had read the other negative Yelp reviews about this company before I called them. I definitely would have stayed away. Shame on you Shane Overby and Mr. Rooter!

I waited two days for them to come out. The first day I waited over 5hrs and then a giirl called and said they needed to reschedule because they were not going to be able to come out. On day two they were another 4 hrs late. A guy came out and said that I needed a part in the back of the toliet. He said for them to do it, it would cost 495.00 or I could go to Home Depot and fix it myself for 30.00. Seriously a 1650% markup for parts and services. I just notiticed that they had a 2 star rating. If i would of seen this first I would have never called. They obviously don't care about there customer service because when I called them back, a guy hung up on me.
