Daryl is AWESOME and the office kept me appraised of when their Plumber would arrive and when he was at our community gate. Daryl was clearing a drain while an air conditioning company was working on my A/C. The A/C Tech said there could be a clog in the drain line for the A/C unit. A/C Tech said he'd check the line, but he never checked it. Daryl confirmed he didn't see Tech check the line. Daryl not only cleared my bathroom line - he offered to check the A/C drain line. Daryl explained both drain issues and he was efficient, clean, left the area clean, wore booties, professional and very very nice. I've used this plumbing company multiple times and always had good service and prices that I felt were reasonable.

This company just took my elderly father for 10,000 dollars to replace 2 pipes, one in the garage one under the sink. The job was poorly done, holes in the walls that still remain, it was 2 days of work. As a referance we had the entire main line in the house done for 15,000 for 4,000$ less than that they fixed 2 pipes, do not under any circumstances trust these people, get estimates from more than one place and make sure they only do what the estimaes says.

This place is the worst. Disrespectful. No class. Workers are unskilled and will use household items to complete job. Your household items. My towels were used to clean up a leak. My pets and pans were used to catch a drip.

Would never trust this company again I had to come out yesterday to do some work on my mothers house I walked out of the room to turn on the water like he asked they started the work before even providing an estimate for the work to be done or the authorization when I l went back in the room they were already had the pipes taken apart and then at the end of the day the presented the bill when he went out to the truck came back with the bill


This place is your total scammers called her office to talk to the manager and the lady on the phone says oh where the after hours when ahead and called their corporate office today iyet have not heard nothing back

I had Mr. Rooter out to my home for two projects and couldn't be happier. I have lived in my home for 30 plus years and have had plumbing problems that no one else had been able to resolve. Finally a few months ago, in exasperation we called Mr. Rooter and were sent a plumber who finally discovered and repaired the problems. After that we were now able to hook up a new dishwasher and again called Mr. Rooter with, again, more than satisfactory results. We had two large problems that were finally solved after years of frustration. Ismael was professional, courteous and made sure we were completely satisfied. It took some time, but for proper installation and repair, time is necessary to make sure the job is complete and satisfactory. Great job! We feel we finally have a company we can depend on and plumbers who are courteous and take their work seriously.

called mr rooter and talked to jessica at 7 pm on a friday night, jessica was very helpful and gave me a one hour arrival time, they arrived within the one hour time frame they gave me..... one hour from the time i called on a Friday night at 7pm...wow(that was a pretty impressive thing to me) ozzy showed up and was able to cap a main line for me. i had called about five other companies and everyone gave me the run around.... thank god i called mr rooter. i know who i will be calling next time. thanks jessica and ozzie.

On 10/10/16 Mr. Rooter sent ismael kabingting who gave me a $395 lesson. He showed me how to drill a small hole through my chronic kitchen blockage and how to clean it with a hydroscrub. On 8/20/17 it blocked. I ordered a 100 ft.hydro type kit through Amazon for $75. I used my son;s power washer and we cleared the blockage. The kit was 100 ft of 4000 psi hose with a button spray head and a 1/4 inch NPT fitting. I owe Ismael for helping me avoid predator plumbers.
