The total review score is wrong, but I guess it depends on who you get as your plumber. I got David Wilson and Isidro as my plumbers and his responsiveness, professionalism, and work was top tier. I was unsure on hiring Mr Rooter because of their rating but now I am glad I did. David installed a poly line from the street to the house in a day and a half. Now that the gas line is repaired we finally have heat in the house. I would definitely hire David again.

David Deleon came and worked professionally to unclog our kitchen sink drain last Friday. He came not long after my husband called the office to put the request.
As we explained that we have tried with snake roto auger but the drain still clogged up, David recommended hydro jet the drain line at reasonable cost, much less than another contractor we called the day before.

Little David was very friendly and skillful at his craft. He convinced me to use hydro scrubbing to unclog my drain. When we started hydro scrubbing, oh boy, so much junks came out that surprised me of what's been lurking in our sewer line.

I would use their service again. However there's a 1 year warranty on their service though, just an FYI.
