Called Mr Rooter the day after thanksgiving and a tech arrived within an hour. I thought that all I had was a blocked sewage pipe because the toilets were backing up. Antoin Lee, the tech, dug up my lawn and found that my lift station pump was burnt out as well as I blocked pipe. He cleared the blockage at septic tank and replaced the lift station pump. Antoin was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely request that Antoin attend to any further work I need done in the future.

MR Rooter just cost us an additional $370.00 today, because the work they did in March 2023 had to be redone in November 2023, same job, had to replace 15 feet of the drain pipes that they said were good and their holding straps broke and we had again slow and backed up water..took Rooter 2 days and $2000.00 and we decided to contact a local plumbing company in Port Orange, did the same work for less time and one professional for $370.00. Don't use a franchise company. Set prices and some of that goes to a franchise royalty fee... We were duped! Use local companies not national franchised companies..they're pricing is done in the Board Rooms..they got it figured out..don't be duped...be Saved!

We found out late in the day that neither our toilets would flush through, was backed up and coming through the bathtub. We called Mr. Rooter and Melody was so kind. They were booked for the rest of the evening, but could fit us in the next day. James came out and was able to fix the clog. He was amazing! Very knowledgeable kind and patient. We would Call Mr. Rooter again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much.

Mr. Rooter was the first to reply and give me a free estimate. Michael Battiato was perfectional and friendly. I have a manufactured home so some people would not even look at it. My plumbing issue was close to the skirting outside. I had a threaded PVC fitting that cracked by a copper fitting were the PVC was treaded into. The work was very good. I will definitely call them and recommend them to my family and friends.

Mr. Rooter of Daytona ripped me off. I had been wanting to add a city water shut off valve at the house but didn't know where the water line at the house was located. The city shut off is at the street 120 feet away from the house. I was having the underground power line replaced and lucky for me they located the water line a few feet from the house. Mr. Rooter charged me 800.00 to install a 1 inch PVC valve. No digging, the water line was already exposed, and I even supplied the valve box that was simply placed over the valve. They were here less than one hour. They took advantage of me.

THIS BUSINESS IS RUN OUT OF A STORAGE GARAGE Absolutely terrible company! The technician came to snake a line. While he was here he took an end cap off a drain pipe, and since he left waste has been flowing into my garage. Everything in my garage is covered in crap and toilet paper. I called them about it and they were immediately rude and nasty, and said they wouldn't do anything to help correct the situation. When I asked for their certificate of insurance they refused to give it to me and blocked my phone number! This is an absolutely despicable, incompetent company who will not take responsibility for their actions. Use ANY other company.
