Mr. Rooter Plumbing is your trusted plumbing expert with extensive experience and knowledge. In 1970, David Duck founded Mr. Rooter Plumbing, opening the first location in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Duck created his own plumbing business and adopted the name Mr. Rooter. After discussions with Don Neighborly, Duck sold Mr. Rooter Plumbing to The Neighborly Group in 1989. Despite selling the rights to the business and its franchises, Duck continued to operate his shop in Oklahoma City. Today, David Duck is still a franchise owner.
