I recently woke up to find the expansion tank for the water heater flooding my garage. I called Mr. Rooter, whom I have used before. I was very please that they dispatched someone out the same day. Aaron was fantastic as he was the first time I used them. They arrived in a timely manner, went straight to work and solved my problem for a reasonable price. What more could you want. I highly recommend them, especially Aaron!

The company responded promptly when I contacted them to request a quote (for a gas line installation for a new range). Someone was out same-day and the quote was given to me and approved online. We we're ready for the work to being immediately and they were both understanding and flexible. When we were ready, an appointment was made, they were on-time, got straight to work and were professional and diligent in their work. The finished product was exactly what we needed, the area was tidy and clean, and we are very happy with their performance.

While they were here for the initial assessment and quote, we also asked for a quote for another future project (running of a line across the property to a yard hydrant near where we're planning to garden. Their estimate seems reasonable and based on our satisfaction with their current work, when that project comes due, Mr. Rooter is going to be first on our list to do the work.

They came out to our home, barely inspected our issue and then proceeded to dig into our ground and cut our main power line in half. After wasting hours of the emergency city electric crew to come out and repair, then they proceed to tell me that if they have to do more they would charge me $300 an hour. They also quoted me a new drain field which they swore was the problem (which wasn't after all and where they thought it was wasn't even close) for 8K. Long story short, NOTHING GOT DONE. they offered to just locate the tank the following day for a ""small"" fee of $400.

I had another company come out and locate the tank and fix the issue for HALF the price. Don't get ripped off. Look somewhere else.

We have called three different plumbers that were recommended by friends. None of them would show up, or call back at the times they appointed. We called Mr. Rooter on Saturday. We agreed on a Tuesday morning at 8:00 am. His office called at 7:45 Tuesday morning to let us know that he was enroute. He discovered, and fixed our problem very quickly, and efficiently. I feel like we were charged a fair price, and will absolutely call him again if we have a plumbing issue.

Phenomenal service, immediate appointment and prompt arrival. Technician Doug thoroughly assessed the problem and inspected plumbing prior to taking any action to clear a blockage affecting one end of the house. He outlined options, explained reasons for recommended plan, answered questions, and received approval prior to starting work. Doug communicated specific likely causes for the issue and how to avoid possible reoccurrences, from routine prevention tips and practices, to best long term solutions. No questionable tactics or sales pitches. Clearly knowledgeable, very personable and down to earth, courteous and professional. Lastly, while unrelated to this service call, upon entering the crawl space Doug alerted to a separated furnace exhaust pipe, which would allow carbon monoxide to vent inside the crawl space instead of outside the home. He immediately remedied this hazardous issue by resealing two points where previous glue had failed. The entire service experience was so impressive that I requested estimates for future water heater replacement and plumbing improvements, which Doug provided before departure.

Terrible experience...
These attached photos are of a completed job at my home. My home is on a concrete slab but is two stories, Mr Rooter was adamant this was the only repair. After 1,200.00
We are having additional plumbers come to repair this. This was worse than the leak!!!
