Once again Mr. Rooter SAVES THE DAY. This time they came through on a Friday - during a snowstorm. I was OBVIOUSLY not looking forward to a weekend with no water. THEY CAME THROUGH AND ARE TRUE HEROES! (this isn't the first time either #OldHouses)

And, as always very patient with my questions and friendly and affordable!

Thanks you guys! All the stars!

While we haven't had to use their services often during each interaction, be it over the phone or in person, the staff at Mr. Rooter are continually kind and curious. They explain the potential cause of the issue and their pricing structure before service so we have known what to expect before they arrive. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter if you're in need of their service and are located in the Columbia, Mo area.

We had a badly clogged kitchen drain and knew we needed professional help. I called Mr. Rooter based on great reviews and I was not disappointed. David Banks worked hard starting the minute he walked in the door and didn't stop for nearly three hours. He was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He gave great advice to prevent this from happening again & came back, after the job was done, to deliver a product I purchased right to my front door. He went above and beyond to clean up after himself even as I insisted he didn't need to. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail David provided. Keep up the great work!

Talk about a rip off. They came to do a job, did it poorly and when it wouldn't pass inspection, they refused to come back out and fix their shotty work! I had to pay someone else and it cost me a fortune to have someone come out and take apart what they did and make it right. Don't use whatever you do!!!

No one likes needing a service like Mr. Rooter, but if you ever need help they're the ones I'd call. I called around a few places, and I felt that their prices were much more reasonable as well.

The office kept us informed of when the technician was en route to our house, and let us know again when rain would delay our dig a day. I appreciated the updates and communication.

The technician who handled our work - Chris - is probably the hardest working dude I've ever met. I got tired just watching him work. We had to have a section of our sewer line replaced and though the job kept getting more and more complicated with every turn, he worked like a dog in mud and filth for 13 straight hours to make sure we were fixed up. Toward the end of the job when he was filling in the two GIANT holes he dug by hand, I kept telling him to just forget about it and I would deal with the holes later, but he was insistent that he finish the job he started.

Do not use Mr Rooters services!! Three years ago I had new water lines installed. Shortly after I discovered water escapung from under my home. When I called, I was informed that because it was Winter, that I needed to wait until spring. In the Spring ( March), I again called and this time I was told that they wouldn't be able to perform the repairs for several day's, this wasn't acceptable due to the fact that I had removed the subfloor to again gain access and it was at this time, that I discovered that the plumber (cough, cough) had completely sawed through a pvc drain from my washing machine/ kitchen drain, thus allowing all water/food particles to simply drain under my home!

Plumbers worked 22.5 hours. Told their rate was $40/hour - $900 but was charged $1480. Materials for running water and sewer lines for a new shower, toilet and vanity directly behind our current bath and was charged $920. I paid $1800 which was what was bid but have been threatened with collections if we don't pay the remainder.

Amazing company! I accidently dropped one of my prized earrings down the drain this past summer. I called everywhere trying to find someone to come out and retrieve it. Almost every plumbing company charges a $70+ fee to come out, but not Mr. Rooter!!! Their service was quick and incredibly friendly. I recommend them to everyone!!!
