We have had several pin holes leaks in our water pipes from 1995. Once we discovered another active leak we decided it was best to replace the existing pipes. Mr. Rooter came out immediately to give us a quote. The quote was equilivent to other quotes. The guys were quick and professional. They were willing to come the next day, but due to our schedules we set it for the next day. They finished in one day, and we could not be more pleased. When leaving They were concerned enough to mention we should get hose bibs, or wrap the outside water spighats to protect them from the cold pending cold weather. The peace of mind is priceless and would definitely recommend this crew. ?

For years we have had problems with our septic tank. We have had many companies come out over the years. Mr. Rooter came to replace a pipe from the tank to the drain fields and pointed out something about our tank no one had told us before. In five minutes, he gave us info no one has given us in nearly 20 years. His work was good, his bid was lower than other companies, he was prompt and polite. He made the process easy for us.
