I had what I thought was going to be a very simple fix of a clogged drain. The first day that Brandon came out to my home, he also thought the same thing. He tried everything to figure out why my bathtub was not draining, even going under the tub and doing as much as he could on his own. He assured me that he would be back with another coworker so that they could investigate further and although it took three times, Brandon did not give up. It turned out that it was not just a backed up drain but a shotty plumbing job done by a previous owner and Brandon worked hard to find a fix that would not cost me an arm and a leg. Brandon was always kind, friendly and professional and explained everything to me step-by-step so that I understood and was comfortable with all of the decisions that were made. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Incredibly unorganized, wouldn't return phone calls, and straight up lied multiple times. They changed owners within the last couple yrs. I LOVED the previous Mr.Rooter. Sad so see what it's become

Friday on Christmas Eve in the early morning, we had the most damaging backup of the toilet which quickly overflowed onto the floor from our master bathroom. I caught it right away and reached behind the toilet to turn off the water but it did not stop the overflow. I was on the phone right away calling several plumbers who could only set up an appointment after the weekend four days away on Monday. So, I called Mr. Rooter who said a plumber could come out in the afternoon. We were so thankful! Brandon came to the door around 1:45 and worked so hard to look for where the blockage was. He is an amazing plumber who didn't give up to find the cause of the problem. It was not easy but after several hours he found the problem. He continued after the floor was cleaned to reset the toilet and replace the ring. We are overjoyed by his persistence and his professional manner. THANKS BRANDON!!!

As my neighbor said these guys practically lived at my house. Ginormous new sewer line installed my old water heater brought up blew up and they Rush somebody out and now it's a gorgeous tankless water heater they installed a garbage disposal and new Plumbing in my kitchen along with the electrical they fixed this and that and the other and all very nice people thank you so much Mr Rooter

So far, Deven Dunn is a wonderful, knowledgeable employee, he is helping to replace a 1975 water heater and is doing everything possible to make it happen and within the warranty. Super helpful and knows his stuff, very pleased with work so far...

This was by far the absolute worse service I have ever encountered. First off, they never showed up when they said they were going to be there. The first guy that came completely messed things up worse than before he started & then lied about it to my insurance company. I would NEVER recommended this company to anyone.

I called Mr Rooter in Sept to fix a root problem that was clogging my toilet. They came out and gave me a price. I had them put me on the schedule. A couple of weeks later I called and they said that they were still aware of my job but still couldn't do it yet. I said well I hope the roots don't grow back. She said well it hasn't been a month has it? No I said but roots grow fast. So its Dec and in the meantime I had a major leak and had to gut my bathroom and do major work so I called BKG Plumbing and they fixed it for about 1000. less than Mr Rooter quoted me. I called them back to see if they were ever going to schedule my work and she said yes I was just looking at that I'll have to talk to the boss and see whats going on with that. And I said they didn't have to worry about it, I had it fixed. But what is going on there that you never came to fix it. She said well it might not have been warm enough. It was in Sept I said. Well Im not sure why I will relay the message to the boss. OMG!

If you're looking for a company that goes the extra mile and employees that will bend over backwards to help you then this is the company you want to do business with. The technician accurately and efficiently evaluated my situation (which turned out to be a main line blockage) and then effectively resolved the problem. I live in a very old mobile home with a delicate and equally old main line. The technician took his time, paid special attention to the age of my system, and didn't take any shortcuts. I was provided upfront, accurate pricing and there were no surprises. He didn't try to over sell me just to make a buck and was very respectful of the fact that I have a fixed, limited income. I was kept informed of all developments throughtout the process and some additional plumbing concerns were identified. I will be having Mr. Rooter return in December to address those additional issues. Overall, I received excellent service and I felt their pricing was very fair and reasonable.
