They hooked our sewer to the wrong main and wont fix it. They lied to us and told us it was the city main

They hijacked our yard and tore up all kinds of stuff. Then raised our pruce by 10,000 dollars and according to two different plumbers today... they didnt even build any of it correct and yes.. hooked us to an unmaintained 100 year old private main instead of the city main. They lied to us and said they were hooking us to a city main.

Now that its all messed up a d floided again.. it was just done in december.

They say 'we didnt know it was a private main... sorry'

And have done nothing but yell at my gf about their mistake and a FB post.

1.)Had to get inspector to tell them put more rock. They barely put any rock under their work even tho i was helping them carry it.

2.)They cut our fiber line and when i told them about it..

3.)The operator lawrence hauled ass and left the bulldozer in our yard.

4.)We specifically asked for Lawrence not to come back to our house as he was also very creepy and kept e ntering our house without reason .
They sent lawrence out the next day .. literally. After being told not to.

5.) They didnt even have their own tools. They used mine and broke some of them. Didnt replace them.

6.) I cut down the tree limbs to help them excavate and we gave them coffee and food and these people completely scammed the shit out of us.

They wont even send a copy of our contract.

They called us yelling at us about a fb post after we called them for days asking for them to help as our house was flooded and we were supposedly under warranty.

They told us they had licensed plumbers on jobs. We still after months of going around with these people, have not seen any licensed plumber even tho we requested it many times.

Countless times they have disrespected my gf, the house owner including today over a Facebook post. Crazy unprofessional. Didnt even call to fix their mistske... Tim yelled at a female homeowner over a facebook post like a totally unhinged maniac.

Now our house is flooded again.

Terrible people. Wont even send a licensed plumber to fix it

Check the spotted in chambana uncensored group and you will see this is a predatory company that likes to overcharge and scam women and the elderly.

Complete trash company.

Owners wont even call to discuss.

Don't get attracted by their $95 low price, the guy came and just brought a simple drain snake, he was not able to solve the clog then the next day camera man came and give me a $6000 quote for pipe replacing, then I rent a drain snake myself and got the job done. Then what I am paying for?

Oh i still cannot believe that i lost $115 in my debit card for just goin to the basement of the technician brought whatever that wire or something he didnt even maybe touch the pipe called somebody again ask to do some camera or scan equipment and the ending is Just tellin me that they will have to replace a pipe at the backyard will cost $5k + ask me if i can apply for loan so they can start fixin it but God Is good they did not approve it bcoz of my credit score you see im a single mother with low income job , that $115 is a lot i could have spend with some food for me and my son already, i hope this company will stop gettin money without any work done they said it will not drain your wallet well they just did it to me

I'm not sure if this company is incredibly incompetent or they are actually trying to scam people. I contacted them to clear a kitchen drain and was told that there was a 'major blockage' and they needed a camera. They set up a second appointment because they didn't have the camera on hand. They did not show or call for the second appointment. When the camera guy showed up the next day he told me that they would need to replace a section of my plumbing. The section was one that I had easily gotten my own auger through so I knew he was not correct. Needless to say I called another company and they easily cleared the line without a camera or replacing any pipes. If I had allowed Mr Rooter to replace the section where they were telling me I had a 'major block', my sink still wouldn't be draining.

Ok y'all today is November 5,2024 and Mr. Rooter just called me, really!!! Saying Brad or whoever will be out tomorrow.(I guess they finally have a plan) after I waited almost 10 days. I'm sorry Mr.Rooter, you are not reliable, it's like nobody knows what they're doing. After reading your reviews I have decided to decline your services. Also y'all I was asked to take down my post off yelp. The people need to know your worth and it's real SHADY. This is your business, step your game up. PS, I know you read my first post so now you can read this one too! BEWARE

Mr Joe Walter's is the owner of this business. Let me tell you he'll screw you anyway he can to get the most money out of you. When one plan can't be done he'll come up with something else to keep racking the bill up. I paid him over $9,000. I was told an additional $7,900 would be needed to put a sleeve in the pipe under my basement floor. Turned out that couldn't be done because of the angle. I still had a problem until Ryan used the auger for the 4th time and got a bunch of roots out. We'll see if that fixes it. Mr Joe says I still owe the $7,900 .....no sir you didn't do that work. Oh ok well then $3,500 for the extra digging!!!! What? My last words to him was my attorney will be in touch. He's threatening a lein against my property. Long story short..don't use the crooks Mr Rooter!

First know, it was about a month before we had to call them to help us Thanksgiving day weekend. Come Christmas, needed them AGAIN!

When I called, it was 5 days before the next appointment at 9:30am to 10:30am -but what do you do when you're desperate. So I accepted. The guy was late.. the quickest he could get to our house was 1:00 and we had an appointment so the NEXT appointment was the next day at 8:00 am. But then she said road time it would be 9:00am. OK... Wasn't real happy but we take it (again desperate). SHOWED UP 45 MIN. LATE. By this time, I'm pretty well seething. No apology for being late -didn't even address it. Took some time but he got the toilet unplugged. Pulled the toilet [twice], put it in the tub, and there was stuff all over the floor... When he was done, he said he was trying to get the bathroom cleaned up, I thought he was talking about all the dusty cat fur on the wet floor... I said 'don't worry about it. there's cat fur all over'... I should have let him clean. There was brown clumpy stuff all over the floor, in the bath tub, had to throw my bathroom scale cause the whole bottom was gross. But to be fair, I did tell him not to worry about it. Like I said, wish I'd had him clean-took a whole hour after he left to get everything sanitized again.

The only reason they get a 2 star is because the guy that came before was great. This guy was nice enough but...

As for the value, last time it was a holiday weekend so it was $569.00. This time it was $395.00. That is awful expensive for how long it took to get an appointment and how long it took for him to saunter in...

I called Mr. Rooter to fix 3 things in my home. The estimate was $1950.00. The guys fixed two of the problems and said I would have to pay another $1400.00 for them to repair the third problem. Their word is as bad as their estimate. I talked to the office manager and she said they could knock it down to $1000, but the estimate of $1950.00 should have covered all three repairs. I'm 70 years old and just had a total knee replacement, I sure didn't need to have a $1400 bill adding insult to injury!

I used them for the first time this week. It started with a phone conversation with a very sweet and professional young lady Nikki. She was patient with me when I was crying and feeling overwhelmed. I just lost my daddy at the end of June so a broken toilet seemed like the end of the world! The plumber and technician were punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. The prices were reasonable as well. Give them a try, you will be presently surprised.
