My Family Member is a Plummer and He told Me I was almost a victim of Price Gouging on a reverse osmosis system installation with ""push in place"" tubes and fittings and a self tapping drain adapter. I installed one myself last year at my Mothers house and it took me 40min and I am an ER Nurse not a Plummer. Mr. Router in Bend Oregon wanted $425 for a 30 to 45 min job. I paid for the reverse osmosis system so, that was not included in the Quote. I had to take a hard pass on that Gouging. According to the Plummer's I talked to a fair price is $250 to $325. That is not the worst of it, the guy who was out there took my reverse osmosis system with Him and told me if I wanted it I could pick it up at His office all the way in Bend after Thanksgiving. He refused to drive back and return my property even after I told Him I had another guy on His way to do the job. This Guy should be fired immediately! It is a good thing I don't treat my Patients like this Guy has treated me! Now He wont even answer my many phone calls to arrange an alternative pick up plan. Based on all the statements on Mr. Router website This Mr. Router Employee and His ""I could care less attitude"" are shocking to say the least. Please terminate this price gouging reverse osmosis stealing individual to restore your companies dignity. This Guy is bordering criminal behavior in my opinion. Seriously what are we as customers supposed to do.....let the Mr. Router Plummer price gouge us.... or be the victim of His vengeful behavior...think twice before you say ""NO"" to Mr. Router in Bend Oregon or you will be subject to their childish Shenanigan's.

Quoted over $1000 to install a faucet, garbage disposal, and P-Trap.. in which I supplied all the parts! It took just over an hour. Plumber found an ""easier"" way in the process and knocked off $150. Again, I supplied ALL the parts... it was fish in a barrel for them because I was without a kitchen sink.. but they won't have a long term customer in my new house. I didn't pay anything close to these sort of prices in the Bay Area...

Beau Shelton with Mr. Rooter is the best in the biz! His ""can do"" attitude saved us thousands by removing a stubborn clog from the middle of a 300' pond irrigation line. Where others failed he succeeded, under a tight timeline and stayed within our budget. Huge props to Beau and the Mr. Rooter team!

Get everything in writing with this company.. I had a sink that I bought and had them install. Total time of installation, as verified by a another contractor an site and the technician who installed the sink was 2.25 hours. Total cost was of labor was $1300 and keep in mind I bought the sink, provided all the accessories and had it unpackaged on the job site for them to install.

After many go-rounds, the owner finally cut my price by $300 since I supplied the sink! He claimed his front office staff cost him so much money that he was now charging between $300 and $400 dollars per hour for his plumbers. This company is not reputable!!!!

The initial scheduling with Mr Rooter was seamless (front office staff is great) but I've been waiting on a quote for over 3 weeks. Since then I've gotten other quotes (which were free vs $300 with Mr Rooter) and vastly contradict the initial information Mr Rooter gave.

We had a septic pump go out. Our technician Bo came out right away and was able to diagnose the problem and went to three local suppliers to find the right replacement pump but everyone was out of stock. The supplier put in an overnight UPS order for a pump expected the next day. Bo went to the supplier the next day and stayed at the supplier till UPS showed up. Unfortunately, the supplier forgot to ship the pump. Bo went out of his way to find another pump somewhere else and finally was able to acquire one. He came back and installed it that afternoon. Not only was he beyond dedicated to complete the job but he was extremely professional. We're refreshed to see a company like this truly concerned for their customers.

We just had a service call from this company. Worried we were going to have to replace our hot water heater. Jeff Hunter showed up & saved the day! He was fast, friendly, efficient! Extremely knowledgeable in his trade. What relief! Turns out, just a repair at an affordable price. I highly recommend this company and asking for Jeff specifically.

These guys are crooks! Especially James... How these guys have such good reviews, I have no idea... I'd give them a zero if I could.

We called them for a simple repair to our sump tank discharge pipe (not sure that's the actual name) and they wanted to charge us between $450-650! Total BS. Called Severson Plumbing and they came out the following day, took a quick look, ran to Ferguson, came back with parts and had it fully repaired in an hour for $130... Do NOT call Mr. Rooter for your plumbing needs. Go to Severson -They'll take care of you quickly and effectively and not try to rob you in the process.

We had the absolute best experience with Mr. Rooter. We had a leaking water heater and was needing it repaired immediately since we were leaving out of state in a few days. I called 4 different plumbers that morning, none could make it out within a couple weeks. One of the plumbers referred me to Mr. Rooter. The first contact was so pleasant, Mary heard my emergency situation and reassured me that they could make it work for me. She set up an appt. for Sat. am. (called them on Thurs.) Then she called back an hour later and said she could have a technician out in 15 min!! Amazing! Jeff Hunter arrived, was so polite, helpful, friendly and professional and took care of our water heater repair immediately. He was so fair with pricing too. All this in just a few hours from my initial call! It doesn't get any better than this. In the future when I need Plumbing work, I will always call Mr. Rooter FIRST!!
