The water line to my fridge was slowly leaking and I didn't know how bad it was until I pulled out my fridge. HUGE lake behind the fridge and slowly leaked into the garage. Frustrated, I called Mr. Rooter and an staff came to the house within the hour. I had the service done on Friday 6/2/2023 around 5pm, I wish I could remember my guy's name but he was GREAT! He found the leak and since I wanted to get rid of the fridge anyways, he cut off and sealed the line. Bye old ass fridge. Everything was done in less than an hour, fixed the problem, easy contact and payment, I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter company!

I have never had to call a plumber before, but my half bathroom toilet would not drain! I called Mr. Rooter plumbing and within the hour Mike Caputo was at my house. He was nice, professional and competent. Within 10 minutes the TOOTH BRUSH that was stuck in my toilet was out and my toilet was like new!!!! Thanks so much for helping me with my problem.

Had an issue with a clogged pipe on Easter Sunday, someone was onsite within 40 minutes and they were very professional and took care of the issue. For those of you that think the cost is too high, this is not a pleasant job, I paid $330 and issue was resolved, and not simply I might add. Did they clean the mess, no, did not expect them to. Very good people.

Simply stated, In my opinion this operation is a hot mess. Not sure how the plumbing techs are but I scheduled an appointment and they gave a two hour time window. About 30 minutes before the end of the window someone called and said techs were running late. Two hours later and several conversations with different phone center reps who apparently had no way of contacting the actual techs in the field. I changed my schedule around to be home for the service that never happened.

The service was good, the guy who came to the house was professional. The guy who answered the phone was very helpful. My problem was with the price- very expensive $589 to unclog a shover and the toilet. .I found another company that charges much less $159 .I fell ripped off by $430 difference.

I don't even know where to begin! (Picture is after they worked their magic) I would like to start by saying I have never been so happy to having found a business online! Last night at around 9:30 pm we discovered that someone had damaged the water pipe going into our unit. The county came and turned the water off at the meter, leaving a house with six people (two of which are under 6 years of age and two of which are over 50) without water to bathe, flush, or drink. We were frantic and found your business online and called at around 12 in the morning. I was very surprised to have been greeted by such friendly personnel over the phone at that time of night and even more surprised when that friendliness was found in the technician sent out (Clinton Morton). Unfortunately for us, Clinton could not work on our pipe at 1 am because whomever damaged our pipe also damaged the community sprinkler pipes and it was causing water to flood the working area. Clint assured us that once we are able to rectify the sprinkler system timing he would come back and work with us. Sure enough we called at 8 o'clock this morning and Clint returned to service the leak. We were up and running before lunch! I am very pleasantly surprised to have had such great service from the local dispatcher staff to our tech, Clint. I have now put you on my mother's speed dial for trustworthy companies to use for all of her plumbing needs. I'm so very grateful to your company and it's staff. Thank you for your work! Great Job! You will be highly recommended.

I had put off a simple repair because another plumber told me I may need a costly repair for low water pressure in the bathroom sink. Mr. Rooter Plumber was prompt, professional and knew immediately that it was not what the other idiot plumber said. The repair was done promptly and professionally. Cost was reasonable. Thank you!

So im a Realtor and recomended Mr. Rotor to my buyer for camera scoping, the apt was made and we were given a 2hr window for technician to arrive we were also told we would be given a call 30 min prior to his arrival. After informing the sellers agent of the apt he asked how would they access the pipes I was not sure so i called the Mr. Rooter office to schedule a confrence call with the sellers agent, technitian and myself so we can discuss that before tech arrives that confrence call was never made by Mr. Rooter at 11:25 am i phoned the office since i was yet to get a call from any tech at which i was advised they would be there in the next 30 min At 11:57 AM I had to call the office again because no technician had arrived where I spent 20 minutes on the phone waiting for an answer as to when the technician will arrive. The technician arrives about 35 minutes late once arriving spend another five minutes on the phone before getting out of his vehicle.Upon entering the house the technician realized he had to access the plumbing from the roof and had to call a second technician to come out the second technician took about 30 minutes to arrive so we are aprox 1.5 hrs late Technician does the scoping comes down hand me a USB to transfer to my USB there's no video on the USB he forgot to save it had to redo all the work again. At this point I call back Steven August Who is the office manager and explain all my frustration all over again at which I asked them to discount the price of the work for my buyer he tells me he will get back to me within 24 hours He never calls me back I then call him back at what he tells me they have already discounted the job and there's no discount they could give me and then asked to speak to the owner Andrew which Steven conference calls a gentleman who is saying he is Andrew the owner who tells me an apology should be enough

We had a leak in our bathroom from the ceiling, so after the roofers advised it was the piping, I called Mr. Rooter immediately to get a service call. I was scheduled for the first appointment the following day. Mike Cruz was the technician that was sent out and I am glad he was. He immediately found the problem and called it in. He repaired the pipe very quickly and very efficiently. Aside from the great job he did he was also very respectful, while in my home. He gave a very detailed explanation of the problem so i could understand what the issue was. He completely cleaned everything up including making sure the bathroom rug was moved away so it wouldn't get any residue or mess on it. Furthermore, the prices to me were very reasonable and I would absolutely refer Mr. Rooter and tell them to ask for Mike Cruz.

I'd like to leave this review specifically for Rich. I had a plumbing issue and a tech came out on Dec 30 to flush a line as well as plug in a new toilet. After that job, my tenants had continuous leaks throughout the next week and I called 3x to have techs come out to the house to look at the issue. I asked customer support over the phone to please send a well seasoned plumber tech for the 4th time calling about the same issue. I was scheduled with Rich whom is a service manager and has been in the biz for 20+yrs. he called me and explained the issue and suggested an additional piece to put with the new toilet since I have cast iron pipes and over time they get worn and damaged where the toilet connects. he didn't have the part with him but coordinated a time that worked with my tenant and he came back the next day to resolve the issue. so far, things have been going smooth and no leaks. I am greatly appreciative of Rich and his expertise and customer service. He was honest and professional. He is a great member of Mr. Rooter and would recommend this company to keep him around ! give him a raise ! I'm hoping i don't have to call you guys, but if I do need to, Rich is the guy to ask for!
