Great service by Daniel. We always use them for plumbing needs - which, thank goodness, isn't very often. But they're always on time and professional.
Mr. Rooter plumbing is a very professional well run operation I have used many times in our property management business. Their technicians are well trained and well equipped.

Jennifer W.Ken of Mr Rooter plumbing came out promptly and diagnosed my problem. Turns out I needed a simple fix, and he told me so. Saved me tons of money and grief. Can't speak highly enough of Ken and Mr Rooter.
Mr Rooter is a great company. I use many plumbers and I have this company high on my list due to their reliability, price and customer service.
From the start it was a pleasure talking with and interacting with Ryan Farmer. Not only was he nice to talk with but very informative. I have never learned so much about a septic system after talking with Ryan. After digging and exposing the drain access cover, I was amazed how much it was clogged by roots. Ryan had said that he thought that that was the problem before he even started. It was nice to learn more about how I myself can help to prevent this from happening n the future. I will be calling on Mr. Rooter again with constructing a new and easier access to the outside drain to my septic tank. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will be calling on Mr. Rooter.
This company couldn't be more amazing. Ken, a field manager called before coming over (earlier than the time frame they had given me, always a bonus!) fixed my clogged kitchen pipes within 20 minutes and gave me some helpful tips/magic tricks. Highly, highly recommend calling them long before you call your other plumber. Prices are good and they get the job done in one go.
JR J.Showed up on a Sunday evening after my upstairs toilet overflowed and leaked into the basement. The tech was kind, efficient and funny, he made sure the toilet was fine, recommended a restoration company and told me what to expect. Trust worthy and excellent customer service. Will use again.
I want to start this review out by saying the actual plumber, Ken, was fantastic. He was prompt, honest, and explained to me what he was doing and how it would help my plumbing system.
Now their office/billing staff is a completely different story. First of all, they sent me a bill that was $500 over the estimate, about 5 days or so later they called me to ask if I had sent them payment. I was having a busy week, and had not. I inquired about the $500 overestimate, just to understand what cost more than expected. They got back to me a few days later with a corrected bill via email. Seems fine? Nope. Due to a crazy holiday schedule, I had not sat down to pay our bills. Got another phone call a few days later asking when they could expect payment. At this point, feeling slightly harassed, I responded with something like ""I'll put a check in the mail tomorrow"". A few days later got another phone call, asking when they would receive payment. At this time I had actually ""put a check in the mail"" via our online bill pay, and told them they would get it in a few days. EVERY SINGE DAY after this they called me. Asking where the money was. They were unbelievably confrontational, and threatening by saying things like "" Well you told me on XX date that you would put a check in the mail tomorrow"" and "" we really require 1/3 of payment upfront and you didn't pay that ""
Now keep in mind, I have done business with them earlier this year, I paid them (very promptly) over $800 just months before this issue. So, they know me, they know I pay my bills.
This got to the point where I felt VERY harassed and as though they were treating my like a criminal. I didn't see the fine print on the original estimate for work asking for 1/3 of payment upfront, nor did the serviceman try to collect it or even mention it to me prior to him performing any service. Also the bill they sent me said ""10 days"" on it. I had sent the payment well within this 10 day time-frame upon receiving a corrected bill. I have never felt so harassed and threatened. I paid my bill, and paid it in a timely manner. They called several more times, even asking for proof of payment and claimed they needed to contact my bank. unacceptable. I could see this kind of behavior on their part, if I was past due and about to be sent to collections, not if it had been a matter of weeks.
Do not use this company, unless you want to lose sleep, feel harassed, and be treated like a criminal. Also if they are the only ones available, ask for an itemized bill that shows everything they did, and all the parts.
NEVER, I repeat NEVER contact Mr. Rooter to fix something at your house! They ripped us off close to $500! And didn't even fix the problem. The man that came out to our house obviously hates his job and insulted us at the same time.
We had to call another company to fix the problem. We then found out that Mr. Rooter is known in the area for ripping people off and not fixing the problem.
Then Mr. Rooter called us to ask us how the service was, and when I gave the ditzy girl and earful she acted as if she didn't hear a word I said and said, ""well call us if we can help you with anything else."" She was just as incompetent as the guy they sent out!
