I hate that I have to give a 1 star because the previous experiences were excellent but this experience was ridiculous. It was a call to snake the main because of roots. They had been out before, but I guess the guy who usually comes out no longer worked there. We weren't home so we left the door unlocked and said it was ok to just go in and do the work with no one home. We were comfortable doing this because of the previous calls. They started with one guy then another showed up named Matt Jones because apparently the first guy was having some issues. Both did not wear booties and they marked up the bathroom floor with their equipment. One of them was also on the phone walking around the yard using vulgar language for my neighbors to hear. I have photos and video of all this. When I called and expressed concern about these issues the person I spoke with, Matt Jones, was extremely unprofessional, rude and dismissive. I told them to leave because I lost all trust and confidence in them from the phone call. They were there for an hour and 50 minutes and did nothing but leave a mess for us clean up. Never will I use or recommend this company again.

Called on a Saturday as we were have septic back up issues in the basement and needed to have the line cleared of roots. Sebastain called back quickly and said he was on his way to help. Sebastian was very professional and had a great positive attitude. He listened to the explanation of the issues and asked appropriate questions. He inspected the septic and then gave us options to remedy our issues. He cleared out the septic line of roots and we now have a free flowing line. We would highly recommend him and this company.

The Mr. Rooter crew did a superb job of replacing all of the plumbing in my entire house. The house is approaching the 50 year mark, and needed some tender loving care to last another 50 years. The guys attended to every detail, and finished the job in the estimated time at the estimated cost. I can't imagine calling any other company for my future plumbing needs. Mr. Rooter has a customer for life!

Dan and the rest of the crew at Mr. Rooter did a phenomenal job! They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to resolve our plumbing issue in a timely manner. Punctual and very clean! Will definitely use Mr Rooter again!

My mother-in-law had a plumbing leak and we were unable to help. We called Mr. Rooter and they were great. They were prompt and were able to take care of her problem. I would defiantly use them again in the future.

Excellent. Thanks, D&D. Junction at the meter was leaking, and unfortunately that was not a city problem? American Leak Detectors had tracked it to the meter (earlier). Anyway, city comps only 1 cycle if there was a leak repair done (by observing normal usage, and then placing a credit in your account), unfortunately, it took a while to find out...

I called this morning at 9:15am with a leaking toilet & Shar managed to fit me into the schedule today. I had called another plumbing company and they couldn't get to me till tomorrow. Ryan Wilkins arrived promptly, with his mask & booties on to walk on my white carpet. He diagnosed the problem in about 2 minutes. He fixed the leak from the wall valve immediately and then installed new inner toilet workings. He was in & out in about 30 minutes. He kept me informed regarding the problem, the fix & the cost to repair. I highly recommend this company! My experience from my initial phone call with Shar to Ryan & the work he completed was exemplary!!
