Chris just left after fixing the octopus connections under my kitchen sink. I had a contractor replace my garbage disposal and double sink. It was a mess and leaked from day one and twice gushed all over the kitchen to the basement! It took Chris about 10 minutes to replace all the tubing to a clean, straight line piping connecting the disposal and the sink and my dishwasher!!! They were the same day I called and I so appreciate their beautiful work and I have confidence it will have many years of problem free service!!! Thank you again!

From minor leaks to installing a sump pump in our basement, they've been great! Prompt, neat and very helpful! Our house was built in the 1930's, and after time the plumbing wears out. We had a tank in our crawlspace that backed up (or rotted out) and flooded our basement, and they checked it out and installed a sump pump, that has taken care of it ever since. Replaced the pipes under our kitchen sink, and unclogged our bathtub drain. We won't call anyone else!

My house was built in the 1920s with most of the original plumbing still functioning, but over our 51 year occupancy we have had some problems, primarily leaks and drips. We have, in the past used other firms which wanted to change everything, predicting dire consequences if we did not. This was many years ago and I am still waiting for their predicted calamities. Having changed plumbers many times, mainly because of their high pressure sales pitches, I called Mr Rooter. This firm has been doing our work for many years, fixing all problems. The workers are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and neat. They explain the problem encountered and how it was fixed. I have been more than satisfied with their work.

I always try to use local, family owned and run businesses and Mr. Rooter fills that bill. Even though it is a franchise, they just pay to use the familiar name. Great bunch of guys, very useful advice and instructions. Never had a problem with any of the work they've done for me. Reasonable prices, very fast service. A+++++!!
