Worst customer service. STAY FAR AWAY!!! We were promised the plumber would come turn the water off to our burst pipe on 12/26. Plumber never called to tell us he wasn't coming. We eventually got ahold of him and he said he'd be there first thing at 8 or 9am on 12/27. On 12/27 the plumber didn't show or call once again. Around 4pm on 12/27 I finally got ahold of someone in the office and they said he wouldn't be coming today but I was 100% on the schedule for 12/28. 12/28 I called first thing in the morning and was told I was 3rd on the plumbers schedule. I called at 2pm and was told I was the next job. 5pm I was told the plumber would call me back because he should be on his way. 6pm rolled around, no call and no plumber so I called again and was told he was finishing up and will be on his way. 9pm rolled around and no call and no plumber still. After hours answering said he should be showing up still but here we are 11pm on 12/28 and nothing. I even told the lady in the office I've had no water since Monday, I have no car as it's in the shop so I can't even get jugged water to make it through and I have a baby that is on formula. Their lack of caring has left me without any water for days to make baby formula and they do nothing to correct the fact their plumber just drags customers along and never actually shows

I do NOT recommend this company. I had a bad experience recently. I called them to come fix a clog in our washer drain pipe, it was only about 3 foot away from the entrance. Guy that came out said it wouldn't take long at all and would be very easy. He however started having issues and then said he didn't have any thrift (chemical they use to soften and break down clogged pipes) he said he called his boss and his boss said to just keep forcing it down. And that's what he did and the pipe of course broke because they just kept forcing it down instead of getting the right stuff to do the job. Then they tried telling us that they can fix it but it'll cost. And that they would send camera footage of the pipe and such and then when we asked to speak to the boss he didn't answer and we left a voicemail. Of course, we never heard anything from them again and have a broke pipe now. So I wouldn't recommend this company, they do in adequate work and don't try to make it right after that.

The work they did good but they are over-priced. They clamped down a kitchen sink, connected new plumbing under the sink and under a single vanity, and installed a toilet seat, $645. I spoke to the manager and was told in his opinion I wasn't charged enough. Additionally, I received a quote to put a wax ring under a toilet on the same job, for $145. I called another plumbing company in the area to finish the job for much cheaper than Mr. Rooter. This property isn't my primary residence and I was looking for a long-term plumber, but it will not be Mr. Rooter.

I called Roto rooter for a shower clogged drain. They sent a boy over that walked around the house looking at where the vents were. He then went into shower and tried to use a router to unclog it. After two attempts, he quit and said the line was collapsed or the fitting came off the connection from pvc to metal pipe.he couldnt get the router pass a certain point.
Proceeded to say he would dig a hole in our cement shower and probably the floor but no worry, he had a guy that would repair the shower and floor for a small fee.?? After he left, with a 300.00 payment for nothing. My husband went to local shop and bought a router and after about 5 minutes unclogged the drain. Mr Rooter, thanks for nothing but charging us 300. for showing up.

We had a major blockage in our main sewage line. Knowing our other plumber didn't really like doing this type of "work" and was over priced. I decided to reach out to Mr. Rooter. They (Gavin) showed up on time and got started right away with the diagnostics. Found out that I had a clean out valve(that I didn't know was there) and laid out a plan of attack. He was detailed and methodical in his explanation of my situation. To make a long story short...Gavin delivered a professional and enjoyable plumbing experience. Because of his thoughtfulness and experience, I have found a new plumber for my house! Thank you so much Gavin and Mr. Rooter!!!!

Called about a backed up shower on a Friday morning and they told me they wouldn't have anyone available until Tues of the following week?! NEXT!

My folks are 88 and 84. Their sewer completely backed up last night and the designated plumber on call for Mr. Rooter would not return calls to the company's own call center to come help us out. If you have an emergency, DO NOT call these folks.

My sink water wouldn't go down. I must have bought $1000.00 worth of drano and nothing. It just kept building up more and more. My wife finally got tired and called Mr. Rooters. Nuff said! Lol!!
