I had a problem with my toilet not flushing. We thought the problem was the float valve, so I bought one and my brother offered to put the new one in for me, but first we shut off the water by turning the shutoff valve. Well, our house is about 35 years old, but we didn't expect water to go everywhere. We managed to get the water shut off, but not before my bathroom became flooded. Anyways, we looked online for a plumbing service and we found Mr. Rooter. We told them of the problem and someone came over within the hour. When he arrived he wore a mask, was very friendly and took care of the problem by replacing the old shutoff valve with a new one. I'd say he finished the job in less than an hour and the price was very reasonable. If you have plumbing issues, I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

My husband called them because our garbage disposal in the sink stopped working. They came promptly, and all they had to do was use a hex nut to turn the screw at the bottom and the problem was fixed. Less than 5 minutes of work and charged $219. Never again!

I called Mr. Rooter by accident. Their name is similar to another big company. I was pressed for time, so I decided to give them a try. I noticed they required a non-refundable deposit and the fees were a little high ($350 for a drain snake) but included a camera so I was ok with it. The technician was pleasant, but couldn't get the camera down the pipe. Now, I'm having the same issue return and it's only two months later. Mr. Rooter's warranty is only 30 days! The other big company has a 6 month warranty. The last time the other company snaked the drain, it lasted 4 years. I will not be using Mr. Rooter again, not with the high price and 30 day warranty.
