we had a plumbing emergency and called the office right away. They said they could have someone out in the morning, great. Since we are in a pandemic we asked if they would be wearing a face mask and gloves and they said yes. The technician showed up with neither. I am a critically ill person who already relies on a ventilator to breathe so it's kind of a big deal. When he left to get parts we had to provide a face mask and gloves for him ourselves. The actual work was done well and quickly, but the company put us unnecessarily at risk. The price was pretty steep too.

Thank you for answering our call! We had a major flood after working hours and no plumbing company was responding to our calls except for Mr. Rooter. A plumber arrived in an hour and took care of the broken pipe so that it was not doing anymore damage. Then another plumber arrived first thing in the morning to fix the issue and get the water turned back on. Thank you for helping us !

Mr. Rooter sent a guy out to look at my issue of low water pressure. I figured the problem was with the Pressure Relief Valve out by the street. They were supposed to diagnose the issue and give me a quote for repair. We put a pressure gauge on an outside hose bib, and he agreed with me that the pressure was low. I asked if he could adjust the PRV. He stated that they're not allowed to adjust the PRV due to liability reasons. I guess that's a good thing, because he didn't have all the tools needed to do so. I got my tools out and I attempted to adjust it. Pressure stayed low. He finally left. I got another plumber in a few days later. In 2 hours he'd diagnosed the problem as a broken PRV, replaced it, adjusted it to the proper pressure, and cleaned everything up. I know who's taking care of any future plumbing problems I may have, and it isn't Mr. Rooter.

These guys catch people off guard, they take advantage of your situation, and they go for your throat. 1st they lead you to believe that it's not going to be much, 2nd they give you an estimate which is probably just a 1/4 of what they really have in mind, and 3rd THEY MAKE YOU PUT YOUR SIGNATURE ON THEIR iPAD. After that, they will put a LIEN ON YOUR HOME IF YOU DON'T PAY their bill. So, after they have your autograph they're free to start working on you, and they start to peel bit by bit, as they explain why you are in so much trouble and you will need to spend a whole lot more. Run away while you can! Or use them and witness the Olympics of Used Car Sales Guys' games!!!

Used these guys as a second opinion after getting a $6k quote which turned out to mostly be upselling stuff we didn't need. John and John came in, got the job done same day for the lowest price possible. Super nice and smart guys, amazing experience with them. Could not recommend these guys enough. I called yesterday evening to schedule an appointment because of water leaking on the exterior siding of my house. They had told me they could be there today between 2-4pm I said ok. I turned the water off to my house. I just got a call saying they need to reschedule for Sunday or Monday. I explained this needs to be done today. I have NO water. They said they will call back. Personally I have worked with them before with no issues this time around this is unacceptable customer service and they just lost future business.

Came out and gave me a ridiculously high estimate. The next day their competitor came out and quoted me 1/3 the price to get the same job done. Careful because they will try to get you to pay for the most expensive service even if a cheaper method would work. What a ripoff!
