All that I ask for was a quote to install a toilet and John came back with $1100 which is too much to just install a toilet which he neve gave us just tha actual price of the install, The he just added some drain stuff which I thought was for the toilet never explaining just what it was or the cost of it. Only found out the cost after receiving the invoice in my email copy after he left. Never showed us a copy of the estimate before signing jus the page that needed to be signed. It customary to show the customer the bill and explain the pricing to them before getting a signature. To replace the flange and charge us $350 to do it, and that is price gouging as the part was included in the box with the toilet, charging $160 to go around the corner 5 min. away to pick up the toilet was too much. It should not cost $348.60 to install a popup assembly a sink either. As john was gone along time just to go 5 mi. away from our house to pick up the toilet. I believe we were overcharged for the install. Was told a $500 savings only to find out that it was only $239.14. I will never recommend Mr. plumber to anyone as was not completely upfront with us on pricing and was too high we are seniors and are not made of money. The installer never gave me back my receipt from Lowes from me purchasing the toilet and I ask him for it. The installers should neve just add stuff to the bill without asking the customer before he includes it I the price and show the customer the bill before getting the signature and going over everything to include pricing in detail which John did not. not a good value overcharge people

They will not tell you the corporate phone number or supervisors to speak to. They tell you that you are not going to receive any assistance or help from any management. So basically they can do whatever they want take your money and run and you can't even get ahold of management or corporate for help. Stay away from this company they scam.

We had another pinhole leak in the basement and Alex Kozyrau was our repairman. He was wonderful in every way and repaired the copper pipe quickly and efficiently. We also needed a new pressure relief valve, which he also fixed beautifully. He explained everything in detail and I couldn't ask for anyone better. I know this company is not the cheapest, but they have always done fantastic work and I will continue to use them. (We recently had to have the sewer line replaced and they did a great job with that as well).

Had a plumbing emergency after work they performed and they would not come back to fix it because my mom was not at home, but they came out and did the initial service when my mom was not at home. They would not discuss honoring the warranty on their prior service. Will never use this company again.

We called Mr. Rooter at 6 am. They said they'd be out between 11-2. They finally made it at 3:35 but they came equipped only with a 50 ft snake. We had already snaked all of the drains so that was of no help. They said they would need to pressurize the line to clear the clog but they didn't have the tools necessary to do the job so after waiting all day long we got no remedy. Luckily, we were able to find a good plumber with the proper tools to come out on short notice which is how we got back in business. I would not recommend Mr. Rooter to my worst enemy.

These guys are absolutely incredible. My wife and I were in a crunch when our hot water heater stopped working. Mr Rooter was very responsive and had two plumbers, John and Brian, out to our house the next day. When they concluded that the previous tank was irreparable, they truly differentiated themselves by going the extra mile to ensure they could get to the warehouse and get us a new heater before the day ended. They then stayed extra to ensure it was installed that day. We greatly appreciate their service and cannot recommend Mr Rooter enough!

I had another leak develop on my water line. This time, the lake was located under my driveway. I called Marc from Mr Rooter again. Given the location and that I had previously semi water line, mark recommended that it would be better to run a new complete water line instead of having to dig into the driveway just to patch that one area of the old one. And that way, it would save from having to tear up the driveway and then have to have it patched, and overall, with all the work done. It would not be much more expensive than the repair. In addition, it would give me a brand new water line that would not keep having leaks. I appreciate Marc's honesty, and the work that he and his team did was great. They arrived on time and completed all the work in just a few hours.

My kitchen sink was not draining. They corrected the problem within two hours. I am so happy that I contacted Mr. Rooter Plumbing. The company sent two very experienced Plumbers (Brian and John). They were very professional and knowledgeable. They represented their company very well. They knew exactly what to do and they also gave out information on how to keep the sink from repeating the problem--Mr. Rooter has great Staff/Associates. I will call them again in the future. Again, a Great Company.
